What stood out the most was their inventory. With the holidays in full swing, a lot of other places I had checked were already running low or completely out of the basics, but Lowe's was fully stocked. Whether it was tools, lighting, or seasonal items, they clearly stayed ahead of the demand, which made it easy to get in, grab what I needed, and keep moving. The store was organized, the aisles were easy to navigate, and I didn't have to hunt someone down for help. Checkout was quick and painless, which is always a win when you're just trying to knock out a quick errand. What truly elevated the experience was that their in-store inventory accurately matched what was listed online -- something that unfortunately can't be said for a lot of similar retailers. Being able to trust the website before making the trip saved time and made the entire process far more efficient. It's easy to underestimate how valuable reliability is until you've visited several stores that come up short. Lowe's delivered on both convenience and consistency, and I'll absolutely continue to make them a go-to for both everyday needs and seasonal projects.

I never realized that choosing a paint color was so difficult. The color on swatch was not the same color I wanted after the paint was mixed. Daija, was extremely helpful and patient with me as I selected a different color to my liking. Daija, was extremely knowledgeable with the various products and she was able to provide me with a paint color that I was satisfied with. The value of the paint was very good and i liked that multiple options were available. I would definitely recommend this location. It was Daija, Outstanding customer service for me. She made my day and now I don't have to worry about having the wrong paint color on my house. Thanks Daija.

Started with paint from Home Depot but it wasn't working. Ended up needing oil based primer from SW and then painting over with a latex flat paint. My only star missing is due to prices, not just for paint but all the related accessories.

Ace is the Place!…read more There is this major ice storm coming and we need to prepare. One of the few things I kept from my late Daddy was a battery lantern which is .. a great big flashlight. This thing runs on four D size batteries but will light an entire room. So, I go looking for D batteries in preparation. Not only were D batteries a scarcity but flashlights had sold out too. I take a trip to Ace. At first, they had none too. But the staff, the very kind staff, found a box of D cell batteries and then FOUND me wandering around the store to give them to me. Excellent inventory, Excellent service and it always feels good to support a local business. Ace is the Place!

I was worried at first that they wouldn't have many options for wallpaper, but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw they have over 30 wallpaper books to look through. The staff was so helpful when we mentioned we were looking for something floral, and made sure we had bookmarks to use to help when deciding between books. They also helped pull a few books they thought could have what we were looking for. When it came down to ordering, the process was super simple and took less than 5 min to get the order in and pay. The wallpaper arrived to the store within a week, and I was notified by phone when it was ready for pick up. I will definitely come back for any future flooring, painting, or wallpaper needs!
