Salesperson kept asking for Account #. I did not know the account number but told her the contractor's name. This was not acceptable. I kept asking employee to simply match me a quart of interior paint from the sample. She kept throwing more questions at me about what type of paint finish, DE grade names of paint, etc... I informed her that I wasn't concerned about the price. Even a novice like me could tell from the sample that it was flat-based latex. I kept asking her to simply match to the sample. She persisted with an endless barrage of questions she knew I could not answer. She seemed to enjoy my growing frustration with her. I then took my paint sample and headed to SW located a couple of miles away. Gave the paint sample to an employee and asked her for a color match.
