We prefer to support small businesses when we are able to I was pleased by the suggestion. I went into the store to shop and wasn't greeted...no big deal. In the aisle, the two make employees broke their conversation to see if I needed assistance. I did not. I found the store to have an adequate selection albeit not exactly the things I was looking for. The store is convenient, parking is convenient and it's definitely a place to stop if you need something for the house quick. My biggest complaint and the reason I won't be back anytime soon is the cashier. She barely acknowledged me at the register and was extremely dismissive. I know she was capable of speaking because I heard her conversing with the male employees about the hot weather. Maybe the only requirement for employment at this store is to fog a mirror because it's certainly not friendliness or interacting pleasantly with customers. I still love the idea of shopping small and hate to penalize a business for such poor performance by an employee. However, friendliness and customer care are definitely the weak links here.

As soon as I walked in I received the shiniest hello from the girl at the front counter, even tho she was currently with a customer. I walked in a little further and was approached by the girl in the paint area asking if I needed help. I told her what I needed handed her my keys, she got a battery for me and popped it in my key fob, and I was on my way to pay with no issue. As simple as this situation was I feel it needed to be highlighted . After a rough few days of being so sick, just having people be nice and efficient was a god send for me! This is just a friendly reminder to anyone who is reading that kindness matters . No matter how small!

When I asked why the price was different, I was told that the new owner had raised all the prices, just hadn't gotten around to changing the price tags on the shelf. Not sure, but this might be an illegal practice. Meanwhile check you receipts. I made a point to say I should pay the price that was indicated on the tag and was told "No". I could have left without making the purchase but I waited in a long line and I didn't want to drive around looking for the item - wasting gas.

They have a hose in stock. I was told to get a box, pack it , pay to ship it, add a 10.00 personal check to ship the replacement back. I found that staff were more than willing to help me. The store was clean and well organized. It's a typical tractor supply with feed for animals different tools and clothing needed for ranches. They do a good job of trying to serve people the best way they can and make sure they have plenty of cashiers. Parking was easy and plentiful. It's got a small town feel to it and they had some great Sonoran hot dogs for sale outside as well.
