Most of the staff is very helpful, especially Hector and Armando. The tinter, Tito, has an incredible color-matching skill that is hard to find anywhere else. This place is very popular and there can be a bit of a wait in the morning during peak hours, but it's a paint store, what do you expect? There are too many lazy, inconsiderate people that shop here but it still cannot take away from the wonderful experience here.

The first call was disconnected by the person who answered. A subsequent call was not answered, and I ultimately reached the store from another number and was told the item was in stock. When I arrived, a different employee assisted me and completed the sale. During checkout, the employee opened the product box without my request while responding to a product-related question. The question could have been answered without opening the packaging. The item was not needed and remained unused. When I attempted to return it, I was informed that the store does not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy was not disclosed at the time of purchase and is not stated on the receipt. Under California consumer expectations, material terms such as a no-return policy should be clearly disclosed prior to purchase so customers can make informed decisions...especially when packaging is opened by store staff. Posting this so other customers are aware of the store's policies before purchasing.
