I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this Sherwin-Williams location. While I was in the store, I witnessed another customer who appeared to have limited English become visibly frustrated during an interaction with the staff. The customer ultimately left the store upset. What disturbed me even more was what happened afterward. I heard the manager I believe his name is Ricardo make a comment along the lines of, "Hope ICE gets him." Hearing a manager make a remark like that about a customer was shocking and completely unprofessional. Whether someone speaks fluent English or not, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and dignity. Comments like that create an unwelcoming and hostile environment. I was so disgusted by what I witnessed that I decided to leave the store without making my purchase. I hope Sherwin-Williams takes customer service and professionalism seriously and addresses this kind of behavior. No customer should have to wonder whether they'll be treated with respect because of the language they speak. read more

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. Cashier-Kimberly had an atrocious attitude and had the worst customer service I have ever experienced; not only at a Sherwin-Williams storefront but in general. I absolutely will not be going back to Sherwin, and will discourage any of my contractor, painter, and designer colleagues to do the same. read more

Love coming to this store for paint. They have a large selection of paints and the quality seems pretty good for the most part. I had a bad experience at the store in Downey but Artesia has always been pretty good. read more

They have a wonderful selection of paints and beautiful colors. But when I told the employee that I needed 3 gallons of paint for the facia boards on my house he did not seem too interested in helping me price things out. I kind of felt like I was out of my league with the way he was talking to me about how each gallon was 60+ dollars Even though I have been recommended to use contractor grade paint for my home since SW has the best. Unfortunately I'll probably buy paint from somewhere else that's a little lower quality but my experience was dissatisfying in the store. read more

My first time going to sherwin williams and it was a wonderful experience! The Employee Delena was very helpful. she helped me choose colors for both interior and exterior for my house. I don't know anything about paint, but she explained everything from what I needed down to the pricing. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Honestly had a great experience here. Corden helped my mom and eye place our order for exterior paint, never seemed like he was in a hurry and gave us time. Because so many color options we took couple visits, who new there where so many whites, and since we where purchasing a lot we wanted to make sure we had the right color.There was a small issue with one of one gallon paints that was bought for exterior shutters, but it was not something he could have controlled and when I went back he was extremely helpful went out of his way again and made sure we left happy. I will recommend to family and friends and will definitely come back for future projects. read more

Not very knowledgeable with the colors and advice given when picking colors. Was deciding bw Home Depot and Sherwin but now I know to def go to Home Depot. Also, their samples only come in quarts and are more expensive than Home Depot which gives you the option of smaller samples for cheaper and more experienced people. read more

My husband and I recently visited the Artesia store #8510. At first, we were only in search for wallpaper options. We ended up getting a full recommendation of paint colors that would not only complement the wall paper, but also interior and exteriors paint colors. Sandra, greeted and assisted us with the process - always remaining professional, patient and providing superior customer service. Her suggestions were spot on - from the wallpaper to accent colors and base colors and even exterior colors. We ended up selecting all the colors she had suggested and are so happy with the customer service that Sandra provided. Cannot express how helpful she was in the paint selection and wallpaper decision. We were definitely all over the place when we walked into the store, but now I feel comfortable and relieved that we selected the right colors. We have used other paint brands before but none have provided such amazing customer service than SW - Thanks Sandra! Appreciated Sandra so much that I hope Corporate offices and management of the store can acknowledge her great service. Thanks again Sandra for helping making our home the way we had envisioned.
