I initially thought I liked the place: Shery and her colleague were friendly and nice. I came for a gel mani (brownish purple in pictures) and after a week, there were bubbles everywhere and it was cracking. I alerted Shery who had me come back and redid everything from scratch (fuchsia pink in pictures) but it took over an hour and was not the experience one would want. I think Shery is great and better than her colleague for sure but it takes way too long, when my daughter went it took close to 90min for a gel mani which is twice a long as other places. It's great if one has a lot of time to spend I guess. I like quicker service so I won't return. read more

They are under new management and they are extremely unprofessional. I requested appointments for pedicures for a wedding and was promised that we would all have our own nail tech doing each pedicure and we won't need to wait. That was not the case. There was only one lady doing all the pedicures and we all had to sit there and wait our turns even tho we requested each person had there own nail tech doing each persons nails so we get them done at the same time. When we tried to leave because they lied they literally wouldn't let us go they are liars and unprofessional we will never go back. If two people have pedicure appointments at the same time be prepared to wait an hour even with an appointment. They will make you write a review in front of them and if they don't like what you put they will try to pressure you to take it down. They are under new management and trying to force clients to do positive reviews even tho it's not true. read more

I started going here to get manicures and pedicures about 2 months ago and the new owner, Umi, is amazing. She can create designs or make it plain, if that is your preference. She actually cares about your nails and trying to protect them Ana make them grow. Umi also used to be a physical therapist, so she also can provide full body massages (but toward the end of the day) and they are truly amazing!
