Review for Encino location but managed by same team. Booked two basic pedicures for 7 PM after confirming pricing twice ($40 each). Somehow that turned into standing around awkwardly with no greeting, delayed service, and my friend basically being treated like decorative furniture for 45 minutes. The pedicures themselves? Fine. The experience? Chaotic. No soaking, no massage, no lotion, barely any communication, and at one point they literally walked away from my friend without even telling him his service was done. Best part: the final bill magically became $115 for two very basic services and a small callus removal. Impressive talent, honestly. The staff seemed nice enough, but nice doesn't replace professionalism, communication, or respecting people's time. I have photos showing the damage, and I walked in with nails in perfect condition. I paid $418 in total. The owner originally agreed to issue a full refund because of how severe the damage was. Instead, she only processed a partial refund, ignored my multiple polite requests for the remaining $168, and then tried to make excuses. Now she is threatening me with an attorney for simply requesting the refund she promised. This experience was not only extremely expensive, but it set my nail health back by years. I also have a serious medical condition and cannot risk infections, unsanitary tools, or improper service. Based on the condition of my nails afterward and what I observed, I believe the salon violated basic health and safety standards. Sarah was the best technician that I had in years. The salon is comfortable with natural, friendly crew, clean, and easy parking. They didn't give my girlfriend and my grandma what they wanted on top of that the nail polish itself was like it was cheap and already smudging walking out of the salon then on top of that the nail broken ripped off my girlfriend's fingernail and cuticles were chopped all the way down, leaving her hands with open wounds. Very bad service. I walked in at around 4:30pm to ask for gel pedicure and acrylic nails and they said come back in an hour. Before I went back I called to make sure and the lady said to come back in an additional hour. I didn't like my pedi n mani I also requested Callus remover and they didn't do anything ight my callus still dry and not fully treated.
