I have been a loyal customer of She's Happy Hair for many years and have always chosen to purchase my hair exclusively from this location. Unfortunately, today's experience was very different and left me feeling unappreciated as a customer. From the moment I walked in, I was informed that inventory was low, yet I was not offered the opportunity to view the available options. I felt rushed while trying to make my selection and as though I was inconveniencing the associate assisting me, MK. When I asked the price for four bundles of 28" Brazilian hair, I was quoted $450, which I knew did not sound correct based on my long history as a customer. At checkout, the total was $650. When I questioned the discrepancy, the response was simply, "my bad," which felt dismissive. Additionally, a gentleman from the back approached to tell me to be careful with the hair. I had only picked it up briefly to compare the color to my own hair. After that interaction, I felt uncomfortable even touching the product I was preparing to spend nearly $700 on. This experience made me feel rushed, unwelcome, and uncomfortable. As someone who has supported this business for years, it was disappointing to be treated in a way that made me feel like a nuisance rather than a valued customer. Because of this experience, I will unfortunately no longer be shopping at She's Happy Hair. I believe both MK and the gentleman working in the back did not represent the level of customer service I have come to expect from your brand. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit this location in Arlington, TX. I was greeted by Cece, very professional, warm welcoming, her voice and face carried a smile. Great positive energy, and knowledgeable. I reside approximately 25 minutes from the Dallas location, but customer service is what matters to me. This is great hair especially if your in the metroplex and need quick pick up - meaning you can't wait on shipping. I've gotten 2 bundles of Malaysian straight from here for a braidless sew in. Good hair however it just would not hold a curl.. So irritating but that's my one con for that batch of hair. I next got four bundles. 2 Peruvian and 2 Brazilian. Both loose wave. Beautiful absolutely beautiful. Not much shedding. I didn't seal the wefts and I probably co washed 2/3 month. Bout it in April 2015. Here we are I went to get a lace closure. I bleached and dyed the bundles from April and the hair did not fall out or loose texture. It feels super soft and looks like these are fresh bundles. The lace closure is deep wave Peruvian and is also pretty. My one problem was the guy at the counter. He wasn't paying close attention. But he's like the first guy in there that was slipping. I bought the wavy clip ins and I'm pissed! 1) The hair is hardly "wavy" . More so, straight at the top and curled at the bottom. 2) The hair isn't really thick, so 6 pieces isn't enough. 3) Last but NOT least! THE WEFTS ARE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! The concept as a whole is great, although the execution and customer service skills are seriously lacking. I placed an order about three weeks ago, and never received it. Last week I called the store twice. The first person I spoke with said he didn't know anything about how the ordering process went (AND THEN PROCEEDED TO HANG UP). The second individual I spoke with told me to call the Houston store. I asked for the number and he said "I DON'T KNOW, GOOGLE IT." ...... So I did (Thank God for google, it never fails). I called the Houston branch, and they directed me to email customer service. .... Which I did, asking what went wrong with my order and if I could be refunded. I got a response and a refund (which was good but also the right thing to do). However, the response essentially just said "we refunded you, sorry." When I asked what had happened to my order, the reply was "it didn't go through the second layer of processing. " So basically, no one sent it out. When paying this much for a service all time expectations should be met! I was acquiring this for a special occasion and am disappointed in this company as a whole! read more

I have never written a review for anything I have purchased. Usually I cut my losses, find some good in it and keep it moving. However, if I could give zero stars for these bundles and closure I recently purchased from She's Happy Hair I would give 10 of them. First let me say, I take care of the hair that I purchase. I had a 3 bundle set for almost 2 years, installed it numerous times and it was not crazy expensive. She's Happy Hair is providing thee worst of the worst in bundle productivity. I have had beauty supply hair treat me better than this crap. The ends of the hair started to split during the first install. The curl pattern is completely gone and by the second install I am shedding like a dog. No hair was cut during either install process. The closure is pathetic and a complete disappointment. It should be called a patch. The balding from this closure is unexceptable and a definite confidence buster. I am constantly concerned about what this patch is doing after I leave my mirror in the morning. I went from a right side part, to a middle part, to a left side part in 4 weeks because of the balding. Yes I hold the top when I brush. Yes I am gentle with it and no I don't sleep with my hair all out and open. This hair lasts for 1 install. If you are trying to waste your money then by all means this is place to purchase your bundles. Sadly, this establishment has disrespected my wallet twice too many and I would be a fool to let that happen again. read more

This by far the worst establishment I have ever gone to. I purchased hair at She's Happy Hair in Arlington Tx on Copeland and the sales lady overcharged me. I informed her I was overcharged by $100 and she refused to give me my money back. The manager told me I would have to purchase some more hair in order to get my refund and that means I would have to purchased over $600 worth of hair and wait 7 to 10 business days to get my money back. I usually buy more expensive hair but needed a quick save and went with SHH. The shopping experience was good however you are not allowed to unravel the bundles from the curl they come in. The bundle you get to inspect is not the one you buy. I got 16, 18, and 20 in. bundles they were small and the ends were super thin. Once installed 2 in. of the thinning had to be cut off so the hair didnt look stringy...so a month later and I have to take it out. I usually keep sew-ins for 2 months but I can't do it anymore. The hair does not shed much but it tangles very bad to the point you have to comb it out 2-3 times a day. These last couple of days I just put a hat on to help control the frizz. So over this and She's Happy Hair did not make me Happy. Save your money. read more

Went here to purchase hair since my regular vendor was sold out. I told them what type of hair I wanted they went in back and grabbed the poorest quality hair they could find. I touched and he realized I knew hair and quickly told me he had better hair and grabbed some from the drawers in front. Had I not known that the first bundles he grabbed werent quality hair they would have sold it to me for the same price as the better hair. Wouldn't recommend them at all. My stylist recommended I try their hair. Location is nice, customer service was ok, but the bundles were small. Also, he tried to sell me a bundle that looked awful. It had sticky stuff on it and they claim they don't seal the wefts. Pay attention before you leave. Very disappointed in the lack of fullness in the bundles. Her hair was still flawless from the last time I remembered and so is mine.
