I had worn them only in the store and in my apartment. They are spotless (see photos). She started arguing with me and said she would only exchange them, which is crap since if they're good enough to exchange then they're good enough to return. Not to mention this whole problem started because they gave me the wrong size (I requested a 12 and got 11) and I didn't find out until I got home. This was my first experience, and certainly my last, with Call it Spring.

Usually when you buy shoes they'll try to upsell you with some sole inserts, but I've found their shoes to be just fine without them. This location is nice and clean, right across from Adidas. The employees were friendly and helpful and were quick to help me get my shoes and ring me up. They don't play fair with a sneaker community and are influence by shady resellers to unload their stock before it officially drops and everyone stuck with a pending charge on their card until they figure out what happened and eventually get a refund. Don't support a business that allows its employees to be influenced and give unfair advantages to resellers instead of fairly selling pairs to real customers.

I don't how it happened but I ended up buying 4 pairs of shoes for the bargain price of $43 (and change.) Apparently, I came in at a good time: they were having a mad BOGO free sale. I would normally find myself on the fence when I see nice things priced so low, but I was told they were trying to clear their inventory for new products next year, hence, the price cuts. And I tried and walked them shoes all over and were pretty dang comfortable. I was sold. Jackie was helpful and nice and patient. 2 of the 4 I bought weren't available in the store in my size, "but we can order them for you ready for pick up in about a week or two, if you don't mind the wait..." It was a delight working with her. I'm afraid that when I come pick them up, I'll end up spending more. (But if they continue to have that kinda sale, though....) As a first-time Lululemon customer, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a…read moresweater that was very expensive, and when I got home I realized the security tag had not been removed at checkout. This is a basic step that should never be missed, especially for a high-end brand like Lululemon. To make matters worse, I live about an hour away from the store. This mistake now requires me to make an extra trip solely because of an employee oversight, which is very inconvenient and time-consuming. With gas, traffic, and my personal schedule, this is not a small inconvenience. I called the store to address the issue and spoke with the manager. While the manager apologized, that was the extent of the response. This was not my mistake, and simply apologizing does not make up for the inconvenience, time, and effort this has caused me--especially as a first-time customer. When customers are paying premium prices, they expect careful attention to detail and a smooth checkout experience. I feel that some form of compensation should have been offered, given that this situation was entirely avoidable and due to staff oversight. Employees should be more careful when handling expensive merchandise. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed, and it has definitely impacted my first impression of the brand.
