This company actually brags about taking 6-10 business days to ship orders- even worse, they love to show your order has "shipped" but when you click on the tracking number they provide, it says "our team is almost ready to ship your order". The membership is a complete scam. Cancelled mine in only two weeks. Out of three orders, one processed on the 11th and two on the 18th, none has actually shipped but they took my money immediately. First time purchase, first rime in the store. I stopped in to exchange an item I purchased online. Sales associate was nice and helpful, no complaints there. However, I would suggest bagging up one's intimates more delicately. My items were literally thrown in the bag, no tissue paper used, thrown in the bag like I made a purchase at my local 7-11! Y'all... I've walked past this store more times than I can count. They had big signs advertising $29 onesies, and I thought, perfect -- cute little gifts for my granddaughters. A sales associate approached me right away, and when I tell you I felt like I had stepped into a used car dealership... whew. The energy was pushy, not helpful. There was a sign posted saying 70% off, so I asked about it. I was told the onesies would be $29 if I joined their membership. Now, memberships don't scare me -- I have plenty for points and perks -- so I figured it was something simple. She hands me a device to enter my information, and only after I start does she mention the membership is $59.99 a month. At that point, I felt trapped. The way it was presented felt misleading, and by the time I realized what was happening, I was already committed. So instead of walking out with a cute $29 gift, I walked out nearly $90 in -- and feeling like I'd just been sold a lemon. The products were fine. The customer service and transparency were not. I don't mind spending money, but I do mind feeling misled. I would encourage anyone to ask very clear questions before agreeing to anything in this store. read more

This store is super modern, sleek, and this was my first time shopping Fenty. There was a deal going for first time subscribers (I believe they have this in all Fenty stores) and I took advantage. I got 2 bras that fit me PERFECTLY, as well as a 1-piece athletic outfit! I will say, it felt like the inventory was super low, but it seems to be an intentional aspect of the store. I wanted to buy that one piece in different colors and styles, but they didn't have more options. I do feel like the value I received was good since I got the subscriber deal, however I don't think the products are worth their full price. The service was great, and the team members answered all of my questions. I think the most impressive thing in the store was the fitting room! There's a fitting room in there that feels like you're in Beyonce's fitting room. You can adjust the lights, music, etc. It really amplified the experience! I only took away a star because on my way to the fitting room, I scratched my leg against a dresser that's situated right in front of the walkway. It's so close and really easy to hurt yourself. The energy in this store is always off no matter who's working, and they've had crappy issues with customer service for years and that doesn't seem like it's going to change in 2026. You'd expect the quality of the apparel to be up to par for such a high-end approach and imagery but that's not the case, either. This review is solely based on the customer service experience. On Sunday August 4th, I went in, and three people were working there, one Hispanic male and two black girls. The two black girls were very heavy set and they were not friendly at all. When you go looking for them, they are all huddled gossiping and laughing. And then when you ask one of them for help, they look at you as if you are disturbing them. I had about an hour to kill and decided to go shopping for some new lingerie. I remembered Savage Fenty opened up and headed over to this store, excited to see all of the great things I'd heard about. The first thing that surprised me was how small the store was. I didn't expect a huge store, but I did expect something bigger than what was there. It seemed to be even smaller than other lingerie stores. Rihanna has some beautiful pieces in her collection. There were several that interested me, but many sizes were out, which also made it impossible to put something together. At the same time, I loved that many pieces matched the color of other collections, so even if you couldn't get a complete set of one particular piece, you could pair it with something else. So that is a definite plus; being able to match different pieces from different collections. There is a men's collection, but even the representation of that in store was minimal. There were lots of panty and bra sets, in addition to sheer body suits that were crotchless and teddies. I like that the collections cater to people of all sizes. The staff was friendly and from reading the other reviews, I can see how it may be difficult to distinguish between staff and the public. I also had a few questions while I was there and I couldn't initially figure out who was who and it wasn't nearly as busy as it would have been on opening night or even a weekend. It would be nice if they had some distinguishable features, like maybe wearing a matching apron, uniform, or wear a certain color. I can imagine how crazy it must be on busy days. I heard that online, there is much more to choose from, which is fine. I did look online and found several items that interest me. I'm hoping that they expand the store to allow for more inventory, because I love to see things in the person, more than purchasing online. read more

It's 7 p.m. on a Monday, and the recording says they don't close until 9p. I was on hold for 10 minutes, and no one answered, despite it saying I was the next person in cue. I wanted to see if they had an item I stock, but I am opting to get a gift card from somewhere since I need a last-minute item. I'm not sure if something is wrong with their phone line or if they just opted not to answer the phone. Either way, they need to do better. I've visited the store and found it a great option if you need to see/feel certain items offered online, but this experience was a turn-off. My husband was running to the mall, so I asked him to check. He says no other customers were in the store, but the store attendees were unattended and did not acknowledge him...they had their backs to the entrance. Eventually he was helped but they didn't have what I wanted. Moral of the story: Customer service could use some improvements at this location. read more

Ricardo was so helpful, he sized me perfectly and his early it's the first time I've ever had a bra that fits me correctly. Everyone else in the store was so amazing and helpful! While running errands in the mall, I stopped here to see what the fuss is about. Walked in and the store design is not open concept it is kind of awkward. When I walked in there was no one around until there was. Like out of no where. And then when she came by she was folding clothes and watching me it was the most awkward and unsettling thing. She didnt say hello even after making eye contact. I walked away because it was so uncomfortable. Then ran into another sales associate and she ends up not saying anything either. My fiancé Val and I just went here today and it was such a positive and affirming experience. We should have went here first rather than Victoria's Secret. My beautiful fiancé is a plus size model and she needed to buy an bra and underwear wear set for a fit shoot and Victoria's Secret DID NOT have anything bigger than a 38 size bra in store for her to try on. Thank goodness Savage Fenty is now open to save the day!!!! The moment we came we were greeted by one of the staff members Aliza and she was SUPER helpful and warm and welcoming and made us feel so amazing right when we stepped in and ready to help. My fiancé showed her what she was looking for and she explained the sizes they had and gave her things to try on. I mean the store itself WAS PHENOMENAL with the mannequins that had the shape and mold of real people with different and beautiful body sizes! My fiancé tried on what Aliza gave her and she loved that they had XL 1XL 2XL all the way to 4XL I'm person ready to be tried on!!! If corporate is reading these reviews, you need to fire each and every one of those employees that work there at the Westfield Culver City mall location. They are not working at all and they are offering no customer service whatsoever. The girl that had glasses on just said "Hey." and kept talking, in the back of the store, with a light-skinned girl. The front of the store is completely unattended and that is a loss prevention problem. Those girls that work there are slacking off and corporate needs to check in on that store alot more often before that store gets shut down. However online the membership is $49 and I stated a month ago that I didn't what the membership and I replaced my main card on to my cash app card so that I am not charged for something i already wanted canceled . My fiancé bought me an anniversary gift then started getting charged $49.95 a month for 4 months for a membership he never created or authorized. I called for a refund. They couldn't find an account because one was never created. I was put on hold for over an hour. With no solution. I don't understand how they can charge us every month but can't figure out how to refund us. I had to call my bank to report them. I am now waiting for them to process a claim to get a refund and a replacement card. It's sad that someone with so much money would have a company that rips people off. read more
