Everything worked fine for a few days and then I began having intermittent problems with the door not locking and raising back up. I called them again and they returned a couple of days later, made an adjustment and it was working properly. While they were here, I asked if they had forgotten to leave me the operation manual for the myQ camera/opener. They told me that the myQ didn't come with a manual. Yeah, right I thought! Within the first few days of having the myQ, I realized that I wanted a spare battery so that I could always have one charged, so I ordered one from the factory. That turned into a lengthy affair as the batteries were on backorder. After my complaints, myQ offered to send me a complete camera/opener with battery at no extra charge.
