We have used this company about 7 times in the last three years. Run very far from this company!. They charge $175.00 to come out and give you a can of lube. We constantly have issues with the cable fraying and the door not wanting to close. They alway say they fix it and we have to call them back and they RECHARGE us. This is the last time. We hired a different company and he fixed it and so far no issues. Do not use this company unless you want to throw your money away. read more

I got their name from our Fountain Hills Community Facebook page after asking for recommendations for a company that could fix broken garage door springs. Called on a Sunday and spoke to Michelle, the owners wife. She gave me a price quote and per my request, promised no surprises. The tech, Steve M, arrived promptly on time. He professionally did the required work, checked the door for operation, lubed and serviced the entire door and adjusted the opener. He did the same for the other door which he did not work on. I am an attention to detail type of person and am very happy with the work done and would highly recommend On Track to anyone looking for quality job and honest pricing. I have used these guys before and they do a very good job. I do have to let you know that they charged me a $95 service charge that was not mentioned to me when I schedule the appointment. I looked at my receipt for 2yrs ago when I used them last and no service charge for a different but similar total cost service. Steve threw me a bone and took $10 off from the My Guy referral booklet but was unsympathetic when we started talking cost for the job saying the service charge is always there, even though was not previously discussed. They conveniently had a 2 hour window open up within seconds. Had an appointment, they gave a 2 hour window on the day we need. Our 2 car garage door broke on Friday evening before Labor Day weekend. One of the rollers broke off and came flying out the garage door! Since the door was 16+ years old we figured it was due to be replaced. With that in mind, I called On Track Garage Door Service on Saturday morning, thinking that we would not get a call back until Tuesday with it being a holiday weekend. But within a couple of hours, they contacted me and set up a window for 3-5:00 pm that afternoon. Derek call around 4:00 to say he was on his way. When he arrived he pointed out that the spring had also broken in addition to the one roller. He actually talked us out of putting in a new door, which really would have been two doors because we have a separate 1 car garage. We did have a small dent in the door which was one of the reasons we were considering a replacement. Derek said if the dent didn't really bother us (which it didn't) he could put a brace on that panel of the door to support it and we wouldn't have to worry about the door collapsing due to the dent. He also pointed out the roller on the other side of the door had a crack in it. He said if it was his door, he would just put a screw in it to secure place but with a replacement part only costing $5, we opted for a new part. I had noticed months ago that the rubber weather stripping along the bottom of both doors was torn. I pointed that out to Derek. He said he could replace it while he was here. If not, there would be a service charge in addition to the parts if they had to come back out to fix it. So again, we had him take care of that issue as well. Keep in mind that it was 115 degrees that afternoon but no complaint from Derek regarding the extra work or time need to complete the job. He was extremely professional, courteous, and conscientious of our pocketbook. Oh, and he also lubricated both doors at no charge! What we were expecting to be a $2000 expense, turned out to be $370 and over $100 of that were the extras we requested, not something we felt pushed into buying. Overall, we could not be happier with the service from On Track Garage Door Service. This was the second time we had used them (they replaced both of our openers about 15 months prior) and had a quality experience both times. This is a 5 star company all the way through, from initial call, office support and on site service. We had a great experience getting our new garage doors installed. They were on backorder for awhile, but that was not the company's fault. They kept us in the loop about the order status. On the scheduled day of install, they were on time. It was a long day for them due to some complications they ran into (based on issues at our home, not their fault) and they worked through all of them to ensure everything was done safely. They never took a break and it was a long day for them. They were both very friendly, walked us through the new set up and we couldn't have been more pleased using this company. I would leave less than one * if I could. Talk about a crappy outfit, this one takes the cake. I contact this outfit for a couple are used garage doors and we came up with an agreed-upon price of $300 each. The guy loads up the doors and comes over to the house looks around and sees what I need for doors I have and then tells me even though we agreed upon the price of $300 each he wants double the money. So now these doors are going to cost me $1200, talk about a rip off. This company he's such a shyster and full of crap that you should never ever talk to them at all. Just know that if you do contact them and they do come over to your place that you should expect the money to double in price as soon as they get out the door of their truck. The installer Ryan didn't even bring out all the pieces and still has not put the trim on the doors to finish the project off. Twice the money and sloppy workmanship. what a way to build a business. Needless to say these actions are against the laws that govern the state of Arizona and particularly ARS 31-1154 and there will be a complaint filed against the company to revoke their contractors license. Great work, Disrespectful customer service. On Track will not receive my business again. My garage door is fixed, but I'm not a happy customer. The phone operator was great, and mentioned the owner of the company would be the technician for the service. I did not confirm if the tech that showed up was the owner or not. GOOD: The company had same-day service. The garage door spring was broken and the repair man fixed it in great time for a good price under warranty. He also adjusted the timer on the garage door opener. BAD: The repair man insulted me several times. I asked about a previous issue I had with the garage door. His response was more than demeaning. He first said to think about it in engineering terms. I told him I was an engineer so that would work. He rolled his eyes and said he would "dumb it down" for me. After that he made a joke about God and engineers, and honestly I appreciated the joke, but it came off like he was saying it to insult me. I asked about the warranty, and he spoke to me as if were ignorant and did not know what 'parts and labor' means. When I told him I understood he continued to explain it to me as if he didn't hear me. The third time around I cut him off and went to pay the bill and thanked him for the work. I did not once disrespect him or provoke the attitude I received from him. BOTTOM LINE: My guess after this interaction - you will have best luck with this company if you are a white, male, and think its ok to generalize your personal experience with an entire profession to a single person you don't know. read more

I backed into my garage door and knocked it off track. It was darned hot and I had to be somewhere very soon - but I was stuck. I started to try to fix it myself, but noted that the cable that my brace was attached to was under quite a bit of tension. I didn't want to make a bad situation worse, so I called On Track. My wife redesigned out double garage door, and it needed to be replaced. Called largest door service in valley and they came out, 4 hrs. Late to appointment and had to call office twice to ask questions. Said it would be 3 weeks to get the right door and it would not match other door so we probably would need to replace the other one also to keep the HOA of our back. Got "On Track" number from builder and called them at 4 pm. They had a rep out the next morning at 10 am. And got a quote. $250 under other quote and could be install in 2 days if one part was in (window panel). It was not so add 1 more day. Just finished the install in 2 hrs in the rain, and the door is so close to other door, it is hard to tell. read more

On Track Garage Doors saved my day and I would recommend them to anyone in need. Hats off to both Heidi (answered my call) and Steve (tech), customer service was fantastic. Late in the day (3 pm), someone (me) was dumb enough to back into the garage door when not fully opened then try to fix it and make 10x worse. Garage door not only can't come down anymore but is hanging on by about 3 rollers. Figured I was sunk, called a company I worked with in the past but they weren't available and booked out through next day but they were kind enough to refer me to On Track. I had pretty much given up hope for the day wondering how I was going to lock up through the night but called hoping for first thing next day. We originally went with A1 based on all of its Yelp reviews. After a poor experience with them, we were skeptical about buying a garage door from them. We found On Track on Yelp and they turned out to be an amazing company (thank you Yelp!!). The techs were very friendly and not pushing anything. They were efficient and did a great job installing our new door. They were very clean too. After the work was done, they spent a lot of time reviewing how to program the garage door and even program our vehicles to the door. They also installed a lock and did a great job with the trim as well. THE DOOR WAS PAINTED THAT DAY!!! I cannot say enough about that. The painter arrived while the door was being installed to grab a sample to match the paint. After the door was installed, the painter arrived back and painted the door. THE DOOR WAS PAINTED THE SAME DAY AS THE INSTALLATION! It was such a stress relief to have the entire thing installed and painted the same day. This company is the real deal. Our garage door broke suddenly and we couldn't get in or out. Googled for repair and this place had 7 five star reviews. I called at 3:30 and they were out in one half hour. Our garage door was fixed in less than 45 minutes. Steve was very professional, clean, fast, respectful and proficient. He fixed our door without any problems and did not try to talk us into buying something else. He even solved an issue we had with our remote. Michelle was great on the phone. She said that they were booked for the day and would not be able to come out until tomorrow morning. When I explained our dire need, she was able to get someone out in one half hour. Highly recommend! One of the panels on garage door started buckling last night when trying to close it. Called this morning with high hopes of securing an appointment for today. Phone was answered by a human (1st bonus point) who told me she would call back and see if she had anyone available. I stated I would wait 30 minutes and would call someone else if I didn''t hear back in that time frame. She called back in 5 min. (2nd bonus point) and said someone could be out between 2:00-4:00 p.m. Technician Steve arrived early (3rd bonus point) and told us our old door was better than newer ones being sold today and that he could repair it for $140.00 (4th bonus point). Steve was very professional and fixed us up in no time by adding a brace to the panel in trouble (5th bonus point).
