This time, my 2017 Dodge Caravan needed front brakes because they had started squeaking, and I was honestly scared to drive especially with my three children in the car. I called them on a Friday around 2:00 PM, not expecting much because it was late in the day. By 4:30 PM, Mike was already at my house checking my brakes. By 5:30 PM, he was replacing them, and everything was finished before dark. Once again, they made sure I was safe on the road, and their service was nothing short of amazing. Mike's professionalism, kindness, and quick response mean everything to me. What touched me most was the empathy he was done working for the day and could have gone home to relax with his family, but instead, he and Gina made the decision to come out and take care of my van so I could drive safely with my kids. I am beyond grateful. If you need reliable, trustworthy, and fast mobile mechanic service, Mike and Gina LLC are the ones to call. Absolutely the best!

I finally found Mike & Gina's. They were already on a call, but talked to me about the problem, got the vehicle info, gave me pricing for what they thought it might be. They called when they were on the way. They diagnosed the problem, kept with their original quote (which was much lower than the other companies I spoke with), got the part, repaired the vehicle & it's been running fine. No extra charges, no scams, no crap. Honest, knowledgable mechanics. I highly recommend Mike & Gina's mobile auto repair. They know what customer service is supposed to mean!!

Due to the lack of efficiency, I decided to leave. I also recently discovered that the last set of tires I bought from Discount Tire did not include a mileage warranty. I would not have purchased them had I known that. Because of this, I may decide to buy my tires from Sam's Club next time, as they offer comparable warranties plus roadside assistance.

I wasn't always able to talk them, but they found out what was wrong with my car and fixed it. Other mechanic shops will try to tell you it's this or that, however this shop did not do that. I am thankful to have this shop. Also there is a nice diversity of employees. May Jesus be with them all even in these last days read more

We dropped my SUV off to have the transmission checked due to the age and mileage of the vehicle. It was driving fine, no noises, changing gears correctly, etc. They recommended that we clean and flush everything just as preventative maintenance and we agreed. After the cleaning, the car now jerks into gear and my transmission light is on. Their excuse was that cleaning it can uncover issues that were there and is a common possibility. Yeah, ok. I was charged for a diagnostic assessment and the transmission cleaning so basically I paid them several hundred dollars to have my car run WORSE than before I brought it in. In addition, they never answer the phone, come and go in between business hours with no notice, and they kept my car for 5 days with no updates or information provided unless we called multiple times. Do not recommend at all.

I took my car in because I didn't trust the company that replaced my engine and for good reason because after taking it to Ajax they confirmed what I suspected and found a lot more. They researched everything about my car( not a common car) and fixed it. While no auto place is cheap they did work with me so that I could get my car back and buy me some time to be able to get the rest of it fixed. They were very professional while not slamming the other company's work just stating the facts of work that needed/should have been done. It's hard to find reputable service stations but this is definitely one of them. I won't be taking my car anywhere else.
