Server was attentive, timely, and professional. Atmosphere is good - mostly adults (i.e. not college age) for the most part. Food was as expected - decent but not remarkable. We had a burger, wings, chicken sandwhich, and pizza between us. Be aware that on a gameday (which includes Chief's games on the TV), there is a game-day only menu which is limited in selection and about 50% more cost than the regular menu. While I understand businesses get busy at times and service can take a few minutes, just being acknowledged would be great! Went to have a drink and apps Saturday afternoon and we sat on the patio. Not once were we acknowledged or waited on. Plenty of waitresses walked by but never even came to let us know they'd be with us. Apparently they were short staffed but I had to hear that from other patrons talking. This is the third time now that this has happened. We ended up having to leave and find somewhere else to go since we were clearly not going to get any service. The staff at this location are aware some things on the menu are overpriced and shy away from pricing when asked. The burgers are good, so if you're new to the area- I would recommend to try one of their burgers. The patio is now allowing dogs to be in the patio area, so a nice spot to bring your fur baby. One matter I found bothersome was the two different pitchers that they offer for Beer and for mixed drinks (ex. vodka cranberry) The reasoning said for the smaller pitcher was because they "double up on the shots". You might as well get your own cocktail because it only was enough servings for 1 drink for a party of 2 people. It made no sense to get the pitcher that cost $16 dollars. Service was awful! We grabbed a table, there were several open with no wait. They were out of menus so we ordered drinks, which took awhile to arrive. They still didn't have any menus so we ordered an appetizer. The appetizer came and our server brought menus. We looked over the menu and had to wait and wait for her to return. When she finally did, she said the kitchen was backed up and they weren't taking any new orders for the next hour. Found this place in 2019 and they continue to do amazing things. The service is consistently good and food is a delcious. I've been in alone, with one other person and with a large group and it is always a great experince. I have done to go orders as well and service rocks! The bottomless wings on Thursday are the best deals. The new renovations inside are really appealing and have modernized the bar environment. It took a long time for the waitress to even come to our table and the place only had like seven other people in it eating. Tried to eat at this restaurant today. Vibe was bad as soon as we walked up. There were a bunch of cups and water bottles by the door. We walked in and waited to be seated. We noticed two servers behind the bar and waited for one of them to acknowledge us. One of the staff members was writing on a cup and the other was crouched down leaning against the wall. We waited patiently when finally the guy looked at us, stool up, and started wiping the bar. The girl continued to write on the cup and never looked up. We have eaten at Shiloh's for years but last night was not a good experience. We sat down at a table and for 10 minutes we were ignored by the staff. We finally got up and asked one of the servers if we could get some menus, which one of the servers brought the menus and told us that our server would be right with us. We waited another 10 minutes and still no server came by our table to take our drink or food order. We finally got up and left to go find somewhere else to eat in town. I was disappointed because I have always had great service and food at Shiloh's but this was a new experience. The surprise was that they were not that busy. I had some of the best service that I have had around the downtown area of Columbia, Mo. They had one of the best buffalo chicken wraps that I have had. I tried the Shiloh mule, it was on there premium cocktail menu and it was so good, 10/10 recommend. Just got takeout from here. It was delicious!! There was a little confusion about my order (because I accidentally ordered twice). Staff was very helpful & the delivery service was efficient in rectifying the issue. I had the French dip with fries. The hubby got the Cuban & my eldest got a burger with chips. My little guy just wanted pretzel bites, lol. I used the jalapeño cheddar sauce that is served with the pretzel bites on my fries & it was REALLY GOOD!! Everyone enjoyed their food. Took my kids to Shiloh last night and was told to seat myself. Took a take that seated four instead of the 8 top table and settled down for what should have been a relaxing meal. We ordered and were waiting for our food when our waitress approached our table and told us we would have to hurry up and eat as the owner was coming in and had told the staff to reserve the table and the two adjacent to it for after the basketball game. Was told he'd be "really mad" if he couldn't have his tables. Why was there no reserved sign on the tables? The waitress continued to urge us to finish our meal and clear the area. We ordered pretzel bites and nachos which were mediocre. A Shiloh burger on a pretzel bun. Burger was over cooked and small. I cut it in half and realized that one half was only bun. Fries were cold. My husband got the tenderloin, and he said it was not bad, not great. We spent half our time waiting for napkins (my daughter and I had to share for half our meal).
