Later, as the work proceeded, I rang Daniel to schedule removal of the buckled wood flooring. As I started to shop demo companies, I was appalled at the wait times and high prices. However, I stumbled upon this firm while Yelping, and boy am I glad I did. They were able to do the job quickly. They were price competitive. When I called back and let them know I needed another wall taken out, they were understanding and more considerate with their pricing. They were thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They were even able to salvage the cheap Masonite crown molding (which is made out of glorified cardboard). Very impressive. When we discovered surprises like the walls being plaster and not drywall, they did not charge me any additional fee. I will be using them again and would highly recommend them. While I don't demo often, it's nice to know if I ever did, I have my team in place.
