I have a rental property with two bathrooms that needed a re-routing of drains. They had to excavate one bathroom floor and were able to access the second bathroom through this same opening. There was also an issue they uncovered in the wall, where an unneeded clean-out was leaking and they were able to cap it off. A new clean-out was added at the perimeter of the house near the bathrooms. The work also included trenching under part of the driveway and they patched this as well. They even worked with me to save a tree that had roots that were a possible issue. The work was done ahead of schedule. Everyone expects there will be unforeseen issues after moving into a new house, little did we know that we wouldn't be able to flush our toilets in just a month. We had a plumber come out and try to clear the main line with no success, turns out we had a major root problem from improper installation of the main sewer line. Called Jesse for my wall heater. Very professional, scheduled a day and time for him to show up and was promptly there as agreed upon. Jesse conducts himself very properly. Clean, methodical and patient. After taking out the shroud and vacuuming the wall heater, he started diagnosing the problem. Fired it up, noticed that the pilot would flicker after a while then die, lit it up again and adjusted a few things and came to the conclusion of a bad gas valve.
