Was able to share my issues over the phone and before even seeing my appliances / the work to be done they came prepared with their own replacement parts and tools. The gentlemen that worked on my repairs were Clinton and Cayden. Two young professionals. I was impressed that they were right on time for the appointment. Very friendly, kind and professional. They handled everything with care and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. They were mindful and wore booties over their shoes in the house without me even making a comment. They were able to fix a leak in one of my showers and replace two corroded nozzles in my laundry area. Again I was impressed that 1. They assessed what needed to be fixed quickly, 2. Took care in explaining what needed to be done, 3. Had replacement pieces already on hand, and 4. Accomplished all of my repairs in about an hour. It's funny because another worker guy was actually at my house when they came and he even he was impressed with how timely this duo was. What really sealed the deal in me giving them five stars is they were a very understanding of our financial limitations to do all of the work that they suggested and without being pushy or sticking to their initial quote, they were able to be flexible and make some adjustments on how they handled the repairs to get the cost down. Yes that means they didn't do the repairs 100% as the felt I needed/recommended but they also worked with me to cut some repairs that were not an immediate need to keep the price point reasonable so that I could at least get some of the work done this day. A lot of places wouldn't give you any flexibility or would hound you to maintain their price point but these guys are very reasonable and I would 100% use them again in the future. If you are looking for a plumber in the 805 area this is a great family owned business and I couldn't recommend them enough.

They were contracted by my property manager back in February (it's now July) to replace a cracked sink and toilet. They have come out three times and I have had 20+ calls with them and still no resolution. They constantly say they will call back but never do. Here is a recap of this week for a taste of what you're in for if you do business with this joke of a place: After yet another month of no calls or updates: Wednesday: I call, she says she will call back. No call back Thursday: I call - she transfers me to an extension no one is at and the call ends. I call back multiple times, doesn't pick up, then I leave a voicemail asking to be called back. Friday: Still no call back from yesterday and it's later in the afternoon. I call again, the secretary now says I need to contact my property manger (who has told me to call them for any updates). Despite her giving me the runaround and updates for the past year with no issues talking directly to me.. She says she doesn't know anything more and it's the plumbers responsibility not her. Then she contradicts herself and says it's an order waiting and she knows for a fact that it has been ordered. I ask - well when was it ordered? She doesn't know... and she eventually hung up on me when I told her she should know and I'm tired of this. You need help and you need it fast. You're thinking, damn, this is going to cost a fortune. And you have no idea who to call! Well, I'll tell you who: the team at Ocean View Plumbing and Rooter! Over the years I've owned my house I've used several different plumbers. Some good, some bad. More bad ones than good ones, truth be told. Some so bad I had to hire a second plumber to fix the first plumber's shoddy work. Some were total ripoffs. It's a damn jungle out there! A couple years ago I had a leak in a pipe under the concrete slab my house is built on. It required drilling through floor of my kitchen, and through the concrete to repair. A bit of a sticky wicket. After the first company that I called proved unable to address the situation I called Ocean View. These guys were the proverbial Pros from Dover; they were definitely up to the challenge. It wasn't an easy job. But they got 'er done. I was very happy with their work. Since that big job, I've had to call them out a couple more times. The most recent was this week. I called them out because in one bathroom the drain in the shower was slow, and in the other bathroom the toilet was always running and I was tired of jiggling the damn handle. They sent Fredi and his helper to address the problems. I was happy to see Fredi because he had been here before and I know that guy is good! Just like always, the problems were quickly fixed. And at a reasonable price! Not cheap, mind you, but reasonable. Quite fair, I'd say. I wholeheartedly recommend Ocean View Plumbing and Rooter. If you have plumbing issues these are definitely the guys to call. Unlike a lot of other companies, these guys show up when they say they will show up. I called the number and had the owner Juan out in 15 minutes. Got a quote to replace all the 67 year old drains including the main line. The quote and the method was the best deal I could find so I had him start the job. Two days later all the drains were replaced with a new lines installed with trench less technology.
