I absolutely loved Seth's class. I've done a handful of other hot yoga classes and several yoga…read moreclasses for year's. He was patient, offered adjustments, kind, and grounded in his teaching. The studio is in an area with lots of parking. There is a changing room and one stall for a shower if you're needing to jump from hot yoga to a Bubbles N Tea date (which is across the street and delicious). I will definitely consider the drop in class for $20 and the 2 weeks for $40 intro package. I dont live in the area, but I could see this being a great spot to check out if you've got a commute and want to dodge traffic! I wish I did live in the area so I could embrace this emotional and physical release more often.

I took Laura's class, and she was such a sweetheart and amazing at teaching. I do hot yoga nearly everyday but I was not used to this type of yoga. I got extremely dehydrated, dizzy the second I walked into the studio room, so I decided to lay in child's pose the whole time, just to be safe and avoid fainting. I noticed another worker (I'm not familiar with her name) giving me very rude looks during the class, which made me feel like a distraction despite my efforts of staying safe. After the class, I quickly felt sick and ran to the bathroom where I was excessively vomiting in the trash can (all stalls were taken, it was my only option). It was embarrassing, but it happens. Not one person stopped and asked if I was okay, and about 10 people walked by me. When I went to tell Laura, she was busy so I asked the other worker available. She was extremely disrespectful and told me to clean it up and go take the trash out myself, after I told her I felt extremely dehydrated and ill. She didn't ask if I was okay or if I needed help with anything, all she said was, "Yeah can you take out the trash yourself." Seems like a biohazard to me, and heck if I even knew where to take the trash to. Additionally, I was visibly shaking and my voice and body was obviously showing that. I was utterly shook that she had asked me to do this and her attitude was undeniably sassy. I have never felt so unwelcome and humiliated. I told Laura and she immediately told me to go home and feel better, and that she will take care of it! Thank god for Laura being there or else I would have left the studio bawling my eyes out of embarrassment. There must be policies for cleaning up things like vomit, and I don't think that a visitor is in charge of doing that! If I knew her name, I would contact the studio directly and inform them. I felt so unwelcome after speaking to her and I pray no one else has had a similar experience with that worker. Every other worker was so sweet and helpful, though. I will not be coming back to this studio.

I joined the gym last year when i was in town on work. Fine, functional. After I left a few months, card was an auto charge. Called the front desk and said I would cancel. Said they can't do that over the phone. I have to come in person. Said I don't live there. They said tough. 1 year of auto charges that I let happen without fixing. Fine, my bed. Card on file went off. Several calls every day. Finally answer. Try to explain I don't want the membership, can they cancel. No, I have to write a letter or something. Asked to speak with a manager. Argue a bit. Customer service rep / front desk agent says: "A manager can't help you and I won't transfer you anyway because I'm 17 and you need to show a bit of respect." 17 year old hangs up on me. I call back, get a manager, explain the situation, ask for her to cancel the members, she says she can't, she has policies, policies dictate me writing a letter and more hoop jumping. Ugh. Anyway, that's my experience. Pretty bad overall.

I had so much trouble losing the covid weight and tried everything to get back into shape. I took a foundations class and just fell in love with the movements and it became my church! However, a few weeks ago, I injured my finger taking a define class (pure barre with cardio and weight training), and split my finger open on the sharp part of the actual bar. There was no apologies or any kindness, "How is your finger:" Is there anything we can do?" It just seemed like they were indicating since I lost so much weigh and was weak that it was my fault; perhaps that had something to do with it, but the way I was treated was inhumanly. Granted, they did give me a free medical freeze, etc. but I think it was to cover their own hind.'' As with any business, I wanted to keep them updated and went into the studio to get WATER, and just got chewed out by the manager stating my presence was bad for business and that I was driving new members and members away. It wasn't like I was standing in front of the business with a cardboard sign begging people to go in because they would get injured. It was ridiculous. Mind you, this is coming from the owner RANDI MAKIN. If I were to have a business that served clients and paying members, it wouldn't be in my worst nightmare I would shun anyone away. I believe in customer service and think that if you treat customers/ members well, word will get out that they would want to join, or at least enjoy the experience with you. I have brought in several friends and they just loved it, but now I would recommend anyone to not even think about joining the Tanasbourne location. I was awestruck by the owners response, just not even being a bit concerned about me, a PAYING MEMBER'S well-being or taking any responsibility and blaming the accident on me. I immediately sent out an email stating my dissatisfaction with the response to Randi's txt (yes, it eas all in a text mind you), and basically asked for any kind of kindness as to the state of my finger. They never offered me any kindness and therefore canceled my membership immediately. The only response I received was "So sad to see you go." I was stunned! Next steps are to contact corporate because I have done all I can do to complain about the ridiculous text. I am in no way try on to drive business away from PB, and maybe all the locations are the same, business, not member focused, but do not go to the Tannasborne location. They didn't even offer to pay my medical bills. The text totally confused me and left me feeling angry and resentful, so I waited a day, just to get any type of recognition or response and I got peanuts.
