Within an instant, she was coordinating the front register staff, asked me my size, what kind of style I was looking for, what kinds of colors, had picked out 5 evening gowns that resembled my backup dress that I brought, and I was in the dressing room within minutes. I also told her I needed shoes, and she had picked out suitable shoes as well. I was able to try on 3 dresses within 15 minutes, she was very attentive, checked in with me, and helped zip me into each one of them, and I always felt incredibly supported during this stressful episode. I ended up walking away incredibly satisfied with my purchase (she also asked me if I wanted to walk out wearing the dress and heels that I bought), she picked up a tag from another dress of the same style that I wanted since the size I was wearing was missing a tag and scanned that one, helped me remove the security tags while I was wearing the dress. Price-wise, the dress with the shoes from this store together totaled to even less than my backup dress alone, and I was very satisfied with the quality and price of the replacement dress and shoes. After I forgot my backup dress in the dressing room, my boyfriend who ran back told me that she was waiting at the front of the store holding the dress, which helped expedite our rushed getaway, I can't think of a better experience, and was completely blown away by the attentiveness, innovative and clever solutions the staff thought of to navigate such a stressful and sudden challenge.
