I originally needed someone to help me remove a fragrance oil stain from my car's dashboard and had been messaging several companies. Many of them simply told me it couldn't be done, others asked for pictures and never responded, others simply ignored my question. Jose did everything possible to help me find a solution and as it turned out, the item that removed the stain was a detailing wipe I had in my possession the entire time.
