I walked back again and the woman behind the register was outside and I asked her why my car had been parked off to the side and other cars who came after me were thru the wash and gone. She started speaking another language to the man who said my car was coming and they would not answer me as to why my car was pulled out and parked off to the side. I told her I was never coming back. When my car was finished, another man did speak to me an apologized that it took so long, but he also could not answer as to why my car was pulled out of line and parked. He just said that the van in front of me was very dirty. 47 minutes dirty? While others BEHIND me came thru? No offer for a free wash to make it right. Just " sorry". I work too hard for my money. Im never going back there. New mgmt is just as bad as the old one as far as Im concerned.

I agreed. *I could not have been more disappointed with the job!* Twice the wait time of a regular wash, twice the price. I still had bug guts on the front bumper, grill and lights. The truck was basically clean, but covered in yellow pollen spots. When i pointed this out the guy who washed the truck took his dry towel and started trying to scrub them off the paint dry! He didn't say a word! I had to tell him to stop, because it's dark paint and I was concerned about scratching it. Worst job ever! $70 wasted.

And in those lines they vacuum the car and prep it for the wash. 10 cars deep with one attendant going back and forth by himself!!! This is so inefficient and unacceptable! I get that you don't want guys standing around with nothing to do, but they have something called the "10 day forecast" where you know you're going to have multiple days of consistent hot weather. And we all know that when it's hot "people wash their vehicles"!!! Stop being cheap and hire at least 4 more people to get the cars moving thru the car wash!!! We saw him do this , and even had the supervisor shows us the video to confirm. I was expecting to receive a call from the owner , nothing was resolved . A simple fix and apology would have sufficed, and instead provided bad customer service . Instead I was told that the owner Joe Grewald would call , it has been 5 days since this occurred and no call has been received . This tells me a lot of their response to small issues , I can't imagine if more serious damage would have occurred to my vehicle. I am glad I recorded and have a copy of the video shown to us. From a 20+ Santa Clarita resident I am very disappointed.
