I contacted Mark on Wednesday and promptly received a response as I wished to have two of my vehicles fully detailed by that Friday. Mark was attentive and prompt when responding. I truly appreciate his ability to take my request on such a short notice. For my Honda Civic and Mazda Mini-Sedan, a full interior and exterior detailing came out to be $300 which i believe is a great value especially for two cars that needed full detailing. My Honda Civic was quite dirty especially on the outside with hard water stains as well as crumbs in the interior. He was able to restore the outside beautifully and coated my car to be shinier than ever before. She looked basically new. He did forget to clean the inner console but that may also be my own fault for not emptying the inside. As for the Mazda, it was already relatively clean but needed. a nice shining on the exterior. He was timely and looked at the vehicles. They were I. Desperate need of a detail as our prior guy of 5 years disappeared a while ago and we had neglected them. Mark did a fantastic job on my 2016 4runner. I had some oxidation and scratches on my car due to neglect on my end, which I had sent him pictures of ahead of time. He was quick to respond and was transparent to ensure he was setting the right expectations with me. He let me know he could not get rid of all the scratches since they were so deep, but will do his best to get the car looking shiny. He showed up on time and worked a little over 4 hrs on my SUV to get it looking as close to brand new and I pleasantly surprised.
