However, this time around -- while their quote was reasonably priced -- they ignored my emailed order approval. And when I later followed up with a phone call to my contact (who I believe is a co-owner), I was told that a juicy sandwich was occupying him and that he'd have to call back. I recently got a sign made for my classroom, and they emailed faithfully with me back and forth for about a month to ensure that I got EXACTLY what I needed, the right measurements, the price was right, etc. They send you a very clear and precise color attachment in the email of what your sign will look like, so there are no questions. They're obviously very artistic -- I asked for a picture of Mount Rainier behind the words of my sign; they played with ice on the mountain, different colors of blue, how large, what fonts to use, etc. They're so helpful. I wanted to purchase one item, but they said there was a minimum purchase of $49, so I said alright…read moreeven though it sucks. 30 minutes later I said that I changed my mind and would go somewhere else. They did not respond between that, but I was emailed back an invoice of $16 for a proof they made and the time they invested. I made the proof and all they really did was recolor it. Nowhere on their website does it say there is a $49 minimum OR that there is a fee for a cancelled order. They did not communicate that to me at any point, but they should probably work on having complete information on their website and in their correspondences with customers. In the email, Amy said "I did state that we did charge a minimum of $49" but I was led to believe that that was for a finished product. So that's on me huh?
