I would NOT use this location. Had a full service there, charged me $140 dollars. They did not tighten the lug nuts back on one of my tires. After I left and had made another stop we were leaving and my tire came off damaging my wheel, they had checked off on filters that should have been changed but were not. They had to keep my vehicle for two days fixing the damage that was done, but will not credit back the $140 for the terrible service (which the manager Seth had assured me would be taken care of). I would not recommend this location and will not be back. read more

I took my car in to have the codes run for a check engine light I have. Not only did they make me wait over 2 hours to run the codes they charged me $96 to do it!! And to top it off, they broke my hood latch release handle. And when I came back to have my car serviced (it would've been over $1,000) Drew, the "manager", refused to fix it even though he was pissing away all that money!! He said I needed proof!! Like I take pictures of my hood hatch release handle!!! My son and I opened the hood the DAY I brought it in and it WAS NOT BROKEN!!! He even called his tech, who, of course, denied that he broke it, and he was very unprofessional when he said he takes the word of his tech over customers!!! That's not a way to run a business!! He got upset and accused me of lying!! I would run, not walk as fast as you can away from this place!!! If I could give zero stars I would!! Drew is a complete joke as a manager!! Edit: My son called to talk to Drew to smooth things over so the work we desperately needed done could get done and the "manager", Drew, said he would do the work but only if I stayed away!! How fucking childish is that!! They broke my hood release handle and I'M THE ONE WHO IS BANNED FROM COMING TO THE SHOP?!? REALLY?!? i will be a returning customer to the Tupelo Midas store. Their customer service has always exceeded my expectations. In a week's time, I had two tires patched due to a nail, on separate occasions. The second flat tire was completely flat. i was at Academy's parking lot stuck... with my kids. i called Midas to see what I needed to do, They sent one of their guys to me and he personally changed my tire so I could get to their shop. They also took notice to how stressed I was with the situation and didn't even charge me. They all had gteat attitudes. I've had great service every time I have been to Midas. i will continue to be a returning customer for all my vehicle's maintenanc. read more
