summary: an expensive car wash, but by no means detailing I was a bit hesitant to proceed since no recent reviews. I should have listened to that instinct. I was told the cars were done being detailed, but then had to point out issue after issue. I was assured that a stain couldn't be removed, only for me to wet my finger and remove it directly. Car mats placed in the wrong cars. Dirt found along the seams. Hair "couldn't be removed" but a simple vacuum I had did the job just fine. Don't waste your time and money. I certainly did. read more

Good customer service and Communication! Kevin showed up on time with all of his supplies and did a great job on cleaning the car. I really put him to the test... As I had just finished a 3000 mile country road trip, to care and visit ill family (2) members back East. I especially enjoyed his mobile ability to clean my car in my own driveway. NO Bugs on the windshield or the front grill! Impressive - Kevin removed every single dead bug splattered on the windshield and the front grill, L O L. Our truck looked pretty clean. I would call it more of a good cleaning than a detail. Needed to go back and wipe down some of the areas that had a build up of armor all and a few areas that were missed such as under the seat belts in the back seat. Was quoted $90 originally. Then was offered washing the doors and door jambs for another $25 and we agreed to the total of $115. When finished, we were charged $125; but we didn't say anything because it was a hot day and he did spend time. read more

When they first opened they were great. They still do an amazing job but I feel they should work on their customer service. I understand it's a car wash but I believe it would be better if the workers look a little bit more presentable and if they want to smoke weed make sure nobody can smell it. I also didn't appreciate listening to smart remarks. Yes i knew it was going to rain the next day but my car was extremely dirty and needed to be waxed. There are some workers there that are really good and i wish I could request them every time i go. I am sad that the price went up but i completely understand i just wish the customer service would have gone up along with the price. My car always looks good when they are finished and they are the only car wash i trust in town. read more
