I have been using this service for almost 2 years and very pleased with their service. I generally have them come every other week. Their prices are good and they do a pretty thorough job. I have never had anything missing nor damaged. I have an angry beagle that barks all the time and protective of the home... He lets them right in... Not a single bark... And they are pet friendly. What most impressed me is their move in and move out service. They were very meticulous with their cleaning which insured my security deposits! We might have had a few issues with language barriers but their is a universal language when it comes to hard work. And these people work hard. read more

Love it! Awesome! Reasonably priced! Dog friendly! Flat rate! Exclamations abound! My boyfriend harped on me about what a waste of money it was to hire a cleaning service for our 860 sq ft condo, but at the same time, I never saw him on his hands and knees scrubbing toilets, bathtubs, mopping floors, or cleaning off food that somehow managed to get stuck way high up on the kitchen cabinets (we don't own a blender). Your guess is as good as mine. {ahem} When you live with a less-than-fastidious man and two dogs, any amount of: time, energy, sweat, bleached clothing, fume inhalation, dust, sanity {the list goes on} you can get back from NOT doing those tasks is well worth it. I started using them after my daughter was born as I had a full time job and had a hard time keeping up with the house. I am a complete neat freak and thought no one could clean as good as me. Friendly and flexible. They came on time and gave me a reasonable price to clean my mom's house. And then they did an excellent job of cleaning it, including high places where my mom had trouble cleaning in the past. So grateful to have a regular cleaning service like this to help her now that she's limited because of her age. read more

Nice group of ladies but lots of miscommunication which ended up in a partial house cleaning. We initially got a guesstimate from Claudia over the phone for our 3br house saying it'd be $110 or less depending on what the cleaners said once they had a look inside. They then quoted $200. We wanted to get what we could get cleaned for $110 since that's the most we were expecting to pay. We haggled with Claudia through the cleaners to end up with them cleaning just the bathrooms, kitchen and floors for $110. $110 was more than what we got quoted for doing the whole house from others cleaning services. Claudia agreed the kitchen would include cleaning everything including microwave and refrigerator. The cleaners confirmed, but at some point, Claudia called and told them not to do the refrigerator. Not cool. Feeling a little ripped off. We paid, but won't be using them again. They did do a good job with the actual cleaning though. read more

I don't think I've interacted with someone so nice. Not only did they clean better than the last 4 providers we tried, but they seem to care more about customer service and being nice than actually getting paid! The first cleaning they never called me for the payment. I didn't even realize it. The second time, they said they would call me for the CC information. I said just use the prior payment method, they said they don't keep that information. Then we all realized I never paid them the first time. Them? No problem! They said they would charge me for both AFTER this cleaning!? After the second one, they didn't call me again. I called them and paid them, but they were so nice on every call and seemed to just enjoy what they do allot more than other providers. Their price estimation process is a little weird. They gave me slightly different prices each time for the same house, both nothing to be worried about. But I would be sure all involved understand how/what the pricing will be. I think they tell you after they come see your house. read more

In a word- duplicitous. The very nice lady would not quote me a price over the phone, but gave me a range of between 65-100 for our home based on size.I said fine, please just let me know beforehand what the cost will be so I can get cash.She agreed to that and said we would get a discount as first time customers. They were scheduled for 11. At 1135 I called and asked their whereabouts and was told they were 10 mins out and the price would be $85. They finally showed at noon and told my wife it will be $140. She told them to leave. I would have no problem paying that, had it been agreed to beforehand and had they been on time. That was not the case at all. It's simply not a proper business practice to tell a customer one price and then demand another. read more

They are easy to communicate with and have fit my families schedule with ease when we have had make to date modifications on the fly. House comes out clean and pleasant to come home too. Claudia estimated $90 for my townhouse over the phone and told me that it may be $10 or $20 more for the first cleaning depending on what her cleaners tell her. They showed up an hour late. When they finished cleaning the whole house, they told my husband $200 for today. My husband said, no way. The cleaners called Claudia. They handed my husband the phone. Claudia told my husband that she told me $90 and for the first cleaning $10, $20 or $50 more because of the condition of our house. My husband told her that still didn't add up to $200 and we would not have agreed to have them clean for that amount. She then told my husband that because we were referrals, she would "only charge us $150 for today". My husband said, "No." "Im going to be fair and pay you $120 because your ladies did a good job, but you are trying to get more money out of me than you told me." My husband still paid more than what we were expecting, and I'm truly disappointed in this company. As I'm leaving this review, I see a similar scenario to mine and this seems to be a common practice with this company. I take pride in my house being neat and clean and this company insulted me by telling me that the condition of my house warranted an additional $110 charge. We also just discovered that they left the living room blinds open because they broke them. Needless to say, I will not be having them back. read more
