This is my 2nd time here. The first time we had a great experience. They had workers cleaning the parking areas, a worker assisting at the check in kiosks, workers swapping out the dirty towels. It was a welcoming environment. That was only just a month ago. Perhaps the weather and cold has affected the services?! Not sure what it was today during this visit. I love that they accept tap to pay. That made it super convenient for me to just tap my phone and get a quick wash without having to look through my backpack for my wallet. When I arrived at the kiosk, the arm was already up. We didn't see anyone to assist. It almost felt abandoned. After paying and checking in, we pulled up to the tunnel, no one was there to guide us in or pre-wash the front/back like they usually do. I just pulled in anyways. Then a girl comes out from the door nearby and finishes guiding me in and spray my car. We go through the tunnel. It was nice! I got the highest paying wash thinking it came with tire shine...I was disappointed when drying my car, that my tires were not "shined". No big deal. Here's where I deducted the two stars from. The parking areas where the vacuums are, trash in the stalls. Peoples car mats left to freeze over, trash near the trash cans (never made it into the empty bags/trash bins), 3 vacuum hoses didn't have tips on them. It was just a hose. I moved my car to a stall that DID have vacuum tips on it. But then the suction on those vacuums were crap! Barely vacuumed anything. Bummer. I went walking around to check the suction in the other stalls and finally found one. SO, I moved to that stall. Got my car cleaned and wiped down and we headed out. It was dead. No music playing (like they did the first time ) no one cleaning or maintaining the lot. This round was a bad experience. Even my son (who pointed out the music not playing) was disappointed. He loves going to car washes and cleaning, all I gotta say is, I hope the next time we visit we'll have a better experience. read more

Tried this carwash over the weekend for the first time. Was disappointed they do not have soda anymore (older reviews mentioned a variety in their menu). That was the only reason we tried it as there are plenty of other carwashes that offer what they do. I think it's over priced. They do offer towels to use to dry/clean vehicle. Vacuums were okay just like other similar locations. Small hatchback vehicle still had dirt and stains on the front bumper and hood. Would not return to this location. read more

SudsNSoda recently opened near our neighborhood, so I tried their car wash. The prices were unexpectedly high, $25 for their best wash, so I chose the basic $9 wash instead. Driving into the wash was problematic. The AWD drive in my vehicle didn't work with their system, and we had to force the truck into neutral. The dry cycle worked well, and I barely had to hand-dry my truck. Two of the three vacuums I tried weren't operational. The provided towels were dry and clean. I chose to buy a membership at the nearby Wiggy Wash instead because I didn't have issues driving into their car wash. read more

We tried Suds N Soda for the first time. They have a big menu with a lot of choices. Their prices are steep compared to other soda shops, about 20-40% more in comparison. The soda fountain was not as fizzy as it should be. The lemons and limes were fresh, though! It's acceptable on a Sunday when nothing else is open, but it's not my favorite. read more

I typically don't leaving a bad taste for other companies, unless it really gets under my skin. I've been a loyal customer since SudsNSoda opened and this is the first time I've been super frustrated. Back in May, they had a special going for $10.00 a month for three months. I told the worker that swiped my card, to please reiterate that after three months, they will not charge my card at their regular price. He promised me that it'll end at the third month of them withdrawing $10.00 out of my account. Over the weekend, July 19th, there was a withdraw of $34.99.....THIRTY FOUR AND NINETY NINE CENTS!!!! Crazy. Their office was closed over the weekend, so I had to wait til Monday to call. I called yesterday on Monday at 8:46 a.m, I left a voicemail and their voicemail even said we can text. I texted them yesterday morning and left a voicemail, called multiple times (probably more than 40 times) and no one picked up. It is now Tuesday, July 22nd, and I've tried calling and sent another text and no response. Is it that hard to reiburse my $34.99, because I didn't give consent for you to withdraw from my account and is it so hard to return phone calls like a professional business should? This place is amazing! Talk about a one stop shop! First of all let me just say that I have tried many different drinks and cookies at the "Soda" portion here and everything I have had so far has been delicious! I even tried the vanilla hot chocolate on a recommendation from a friend. And it was amazing! The lemon sugar cookie... OMG! I even had piña colada it was so good that I have been craving it ever cents. not to mention that chocolate cookie sandwich with mint frosting!! Seriously their treats are delicious! and then you get to enjoy them while you get your car washed! What more could you ask for? And even if you don't wash your car you can flip around the corner and just get to the vacuums that are free for anyone even if you don't get a car wash. brilliant idea! read more

I'm not one who likes monthly memberships and I love that I can come to this car wash and no one is pressuring me to sign up. The express car wash is a great value and I love that the vacuums and air are never lacking in power. The clean towels and spray cleaners are icing on the cake. This place is a gem. I will happily support a local establishment over the crappy car wash chains. read more

The 1st time I went through the wash my truck was still plastered with bugs! The girls that work here quickly offered to send me through once more and took extra time to make sure they got sprayed off. Exceptionally great service and yummy soda. read more

I love this concept! Being able to get a treat and a car wash is a win win. We got a gingerbread cookie today that was just as good as and of the cookie/soda places, aka delicious. The customer service has been top notch every time I've been and the car wash itself is a little flashier than others I've been to with fun lights that my little kids actually enjoy. We went to wash our car yesterday and paid for the best wash which was $19, our car came out still looking dirty. Especially the wheels which came a part of the package. It was really disappointing. Also, for a newer place, the cleaning agents provided were not labeled and there were no clean towels available. We went walking around looking at other stations and we had the same outcome. I will not be going back. read more
