The only challenge I during this whole process was with the transport company themselves - they had agreed to a delivery period (after 8pm because my friend receiving my vehicle works full time) and the day before insisted my friend HAD to be available from 12-2pm to receive my car and they could not do any other time. They essentially forced my friend to take a day off - and on the day of delivery, the transport company kept running late and ended up delivering after 8pm anyway! He said that he his truck had broke down and he was unable to pick up my car that day, but would be in contact with me as soon as he had a truck in the area. I waited over five days with no direct communication from him. I continued to contact him to get one excuse after another he then stated he was going to have to pay an extra $500 out of his own pocket to transport my car to me. I then offered him to refund my money which he did readily. I then contacted another car transport company. They picked my car up within 12 hours of me signing the contract people never use this company.

They told me a driver was…read moreready and asked me to sign the paperwork, but refused to provide the driver's name, phone number, or any actual dispatch details, repeatedly saying the information would arrive "soon." The driver details never arrived. When I asked to cancel, they charged a dispatch fee, claiming that a driver had already been dispatched--even though they never provided any proof that a real driver had been assigned. It felt like a trick to keep me committed so I could not book with another company that actually had a confirmed driver. Be very careful before signing anything or paying a dispatch fee unless they first provide verifiable driver details. UPDATED: Mercury's own response confirms that the dispatch paperwork and driver information were still being processed when I cancelled. That is not a completed dispatch, regardless of what button they clicked in their internal system. Another company had already provided me the exact same driver's details, and Mercury's screenshot showed only $350 payable to the driver, yet Mercury retained even more than that while providing no transportation service.

Humbly submitted. This companies Leadership Team is full of Crooks, Scam Artist and/or City Slickers in my opinion. They lack Integrity, Peace & Morals. GRANT LUSTIG (I suppose this is his name? But not sure, because when I showed up with the police at their office suite. The management team initially expressed they didn't know a Grant?) GRANT whom was posing as the owner of Ship Your Car Now and Buy Your Car Now hired me for a Marketing Service: FLYER DISTRIBUTION CAMPAIGN. He paid with a company check that is NOW noted STOP PAYMENT! The manager expressed that Grant had no permission to print any checks. Grant must have had help with this fraud of service plan. Someone other than GRANT must've helped him print the check & had the authorization to call the companies bank to cancel the check! The MANAGERS never took the time to speak with me professionally regarding this matter. They all expressed for me to leave the location, considering I had the police with me I clearly came in peace to talk and resolve. This company expressed this is just a civil matter! I feel targeted by this business as I'm a Native American and African American decent woman. Grant expressed he is FROM CHICAGO, I feel fully violated and setup by this company. This is fraud by check! This company has showed me NO respect, I'm still waiting to hear from the actual owner. I executed their campaign on Fri 7/27/2018 @1pm. My advertised flyer campaign is offered for 5000 Flyers (Design, Print & Distribution for $1000). Yet, Grant Lustig sent me a direct email in regards to my service on prior to his appointment date stating " We made 5000 flyers and they are ready to go. We are looking to distribute in Boca Raton, Deerfield and Delray. What is the cost and schedule for this?" Grant was quoted $550 to do this campaign (considering they already had the flyers). The agreement was clean and transparent. I receive a text message the following morning directing towards my husband (whom was there to help me distribute their flyers). Grant claims he only gave us 1/4 of his flyers & expressing I didn't complete the job. Grant expressed he made other verbal arrangements with my husband after handing over the check (when I was NOT present.) Grant met us at one location to talk, then printed the check at another location? My husband volunteers his time to assist me, but he is NOT a part-owner. Why would Grant speak to my husband & not to me directly regarding terms? Grant claims my husband agreed to distribute 5k flyers for 7 days a week. Then demanded him to AGREE for 2 weeks for the $550. My service terms are based upon getting 5k flyers distributed ASAP rather I get them done in 1 day or 7 days. "Within 1 week meaning: occurring inside (a particular period of time). synonyms: in less than, in under, in no more than, after only..... example: "within a few hours" Grant is trying to make it seem as the ad I have posted stating "within 1 week" is his proof my husband agreed to 7 days or 14 days for the $550? Grant planned he was not going to let the check clear... We were not aware that he didn't give me all flyers until the following morning when he demanded my husband to come get the flyers to distribute the next day or he would call his bank to stop payment on check, report to the police and post bad reviews. He's using Reverse psychology portraying he had 5k flyers ready to go, just to get me there and then finding a way to out the terms... providing me a check he never intended on me collecting is fraud. Grant manipulated me to trust his check as he didn't have cash. NOTE: Banks do not clear checks on Sat or Sun this gave him time to stop the check before I could get paid after doing the service. Grant & those involved set me up! It will cost me BIG TIME and MONEY to sue them as this has affected me in more ways than one. This is larger than small claims court. My focus is not investing on suing them right now unless there's an attorney willing to help figure this out. But I will bring awareness about this! read more

Let me start off by saying this company made it very easy to get my moms car down here to her, as she got sick and moved in with me in VA from RI. This adventure started off my doing one of those online quote things and well let me say, that was a disaster. It was not through this company but after filling out this form online, I got spam called for like the next 3 days. I would just decline them all and it would automatically ring right after I declined. It was awful. I got a million and one emails. To say the least I did not want to talk to any of them being bombarded with calls and emails from all different companies. I saw one for $430. I said ok lets try this. I emailed, texted, and called and well the only response I got (twice might I add) was sometimes our system messes up and puts car instead of SUV and the price raised to $660. Its a nissan pathfinder so really not much difference and the price you quote should be the price, thats it! Well anyways....after this i was like no way am I using online. So i started calling places. I called one and got a quote for 790! WTF?? Wow! Then called this company and quoted $505. I thought oh thats much better. Ray was the rep I talked to and he was phenomenal. Very personable and explained everything step by step. He gave me his personal line as we ended the call. Well I didnt get the email to put the order through so I waited the weekend and called back on Monday. Ray answered right away and was super helpful. For some reason it was not allowing the email to be sent so he sent it to himself and sent it to me. Long story short, he helped and sent me emails afterward to make sure I got everything. Yes Ray is the middle man, but he tells you that upfront. They put it out there to different car carriers and whoever wants it grabs it. Within 2 hours, my brother received a call to pick up the car. Super quick, didnt have time to pack it but that was ok with us. We told them that was our date of soonest and well it happened the soonest. It got down here in a day. The driver kept us fully informed of his whereabouts and his arrival time which got delayed because of traffic. Nothing he could do. Overall smooth transaction and great to work with. It took the thinking out of it and car made it down here in one piece! Would highly recommend. They have you pay upfront too online which is nice because nothing to deal with when it gets dropped off. read more

Ship your car now is the absolute BEST in the business. Sean Lent is an honest professional and does what he says he will do. He sticks to his quote no games no tricks They weren't the least expensive, nor the most, My vehicle was picked up 1 day earlier than expected and delivered the next day. The shipper was in contact with me as soon as he was close to my destination. The experience with all involved was flawless********** Please let me save you the time and trouble of using other shippers. Prices from other brokers range wildly But if you prefer to look elsewhere, good luck with that. The fact is the driver/shipper must make at least an average of 1 dollar a mile to make it worth his while Here's the long story that led me to S.Y.C.N. ,(hope you like long stories.) First instinct is to find the least expensive shipper, and there are plenty on the internet that will give you a lowball price that they cannot fulfill. Here's how the low ballers do it. You give your info on their site, it instantly gets put on a nationwide broker board and all of these shippers start bombing your email and phone with unrealistic low prices. This is where the circus begins . The "broker" will give you pick up date and delivery date and a low price to get you to locked in with a" deposit" on a credit card so you cant change your mind or you'll be charged DONT DO IT! Here's the trick they'll play. You need to move a car around 400 miles as an example. The shipper will say "we'll move it for three hundred dollars" if you will put down a deposit with your credit card. the broker will then post it on the national shipper dispatch board for $200. Then their supposed "driver" will call on the day of your pick up you saying his truck is broken down in some way so he cannot pick it up on the specified date. The dishonest broker will then call you back with higher price to ship it on another date " just to help you out", its borders on wire fraud. remember the driver/shipper must make at least an average of 1 dollar a mile to make it worth his while and the chance of getting the car picked up for less than that are slim to none! sorry for the long post read more

YELP REMOVED MY REVIEW THINKING THIS IS NOT A REAL PERSON IN FACT IT IS . . . HERE IS MY ORDER NUMBER 1090288-WS. This company are liers and steal our money . JOHN LANGLEY was the one who placed my order, I was never told I would have to pay the driver once he was here to drop of the car, I paid $798 and that was my total amount JOHN LANGLEY said, then my total came out to 1800.00 including what I had to pay to driver , I had to get money from my rent to pay the driver, Im on the VERGE of getting evicted due to this dam company , JOHN LANGLEY lied first told me they would pick up a certain day and it got picked up 5 days later which I had to pay storage fee of $130.00 which is not my fault they didn't pick up the car when they said they would but I still has to pay for it the cars showed up 4 days later then what I was told it would. LIERS, DISHONEST, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, they never got back to me to tell me if they will give me a refund for not telling me if me the truth and JOHN LANGLEY took out an additional $50 out of my account that same day it took them 3 weeks and 15 calls to get that $50 refunded back to me, they never called me back i had to keep calling them to get it done also JONH LANGLEY rushed me through the contract into signing it RUSHED me!!!. NEver told me the total amount would be 1800.00 all he said was its going to be $798 he also said that the $798 would not be taken out of my account until car is delivered , guess what lied again they took out that money out that same day, this company are just liers do anything to take our money its A SCAM!!!!!! They told me they wil listen to the calls and see what they can do, NO CALL BACK what kind of company is this !! i spoke with many different ppl and nothing has happend ALSO Spoke w manager (BOB) and he hung up on me because i told him they have a shitty company that steal form there own customer. I would first like to say that shipping a car is a huge learning experience and not an exact science. My sister first used JD Klein 954-300-2614 at this company and had 2 cars succesfully shipped from New Jersey to Hawaii. In the flurry of her move I never heard the car details. When I had to help my recently graduated son move from New Jersey to Denver she gave me JDs number. I very nicely called weeks in advance and told him what day and what time I needed the car picked up and thought I could schedule that like a haircut. JD was a little abrupt ( sorry JD, but you were) He let me know that he would be in touch the day before I needed to send the car. He also mentioned helpfully to give no one, even him, a deposit. Well as I had this move planned to the minute and his seeming lack of concern and precision irked me, I decided to make other arrangements. I told my sister why I decided to go with another company who came across as very organized and were willing to give me an exact time and date ( flag on that ). She laughed and said you'll end up calling JD. She had done the same thing with two companies after JD told her he would get back to her the day before her move. After the other two companies were no shows on each of their scheduled days she called JD. The day of our move, the company I had been dealing with disappeared, no phone or email response. Thankfully I had not given them a deposit! I called JD Klein 954-300-2614 ( ughh, which made my sister right ) and he was able to arrange a car carrier that evening. Bottom line is the car carriers do not know their weight load till hours before they're ready to leave. JD is not delivering rainbows - he's just communicating with his various carriers to see who has a spot going in your direction. This Company is absolutely RODS/SCAM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Bill is a customer reparative quoted me for $952.92 to ship my car the next day with grantee of service "I was recording the phone call". He sent me two documents and I signed the first one and second one too before I submitted to him. I called him and I said to him the documents you want to signed does not grantee that I will have the service tomorrow he said to me do not worry about that it is old form and they will update the form next year "I was recording this phone call too". He said to me, he will call me tomorrow and he will be in contact with me until I get my car. Next day, I called him many and before 3pm pick up my call and he said you need to contact the driver, he has anything to do with this. "I was recording this phone call too" I called the driver he said he really does not have any idea when he will pick up my car snice my car is the only car to pick up, I said to him I paid you $950.92 to ship my car within 800 miles. He said he only got paid $700 to do this job. It has been now 10 days I never got my car. After I called Bill, he was so rods and told me he will never ship my car snice I told the driver that I paid him 952.29 to ship my car and he paid him $700. I told Bill you need to return my money and he said he will return $700 only. Right away I called my bank and my lawyer and provide them all the conversation calls and the emails and credit cards information. NEVER USE SHIP YOUR CAR NOW. if you do not give them 5 stars they will never post your review at there website. That is why I have to give them 5 stars otherwise they will never post this review. I had the pleasure of using Ship your car now LLC to transport the motorcycle i bought from eBay. I requested to be quoted on enclosed transportation (Order # 940886-YT). The motorcycle had to be transported from Suffolk, VA to Hayward, CA in enclosed transportation. Not only did Marc gave me an excellent price($800), he was very honest and knowledgeable about his services. He used no bait and catch gimmicks that many other transport companies deploy. He was man of few words, but to the point and very helpful. Over the time frame before the motorcycle was picked up i contacted him several times to inform him about the schedule change in pickup from the seller and not only did he picked up his phone every time - he was very pleasant to talk to and addressed my concerns and did the needful to the best of his ability. The company only charged my card after they had confirmed pickup and gave me the driver phone number so that i could be in touch with the driver if need be. The driver "Sam" was very cooperative and helpful as well. My bike was handled with utmost care and was delivered to me in the pristine condition it was in when it was bought. Also the driver was very considerate about my schedule and worked with me on the best date for delivery. I cannot praise enough how well they handled the transportation. I shipped my car from so far upstate, northern New York (that it is practically Canada lol lol) to Texas 1. Two companies with good reviews told me straight out no one would drive this far up north, that I might have to drive my car to Albany, which is mid New York. --- That would completely defeat the purpose! LOL --- That's a 2 hour drive in the SNOWtime and WINTERtime which I was trying to avoid 2. I found two other companies who said YES to everything I asked and also had a good price. However, when I looked online at their reviews, they were horrid!!! --- I realized them saying yes to everything was too good to be true... 3. I finally called ShipYourCarNow and I was ready. I had done my research, I had my questions prepared. Jeff was courteous and answered all my questions, plus more. --- He guaranteed me a 48 hour pick up, my car was picked up the first day! --- My car left and got to Texas before I even left New York --- I did end up paying more, but I feel like I got the service that I wanted, and in a very timely and polite manner. --- I was on a specific time crunch and with them, I got everything in writing and everything was done in a timely manner. So here's the reality, if you've never shipped a car before, everything about this business seems sketchy. You submit your info online, and suddenly you get dozens of calls from different brokers practically begging you to give them your credit card information. I had never shipped a car before, and after dealing with the madness for ten minutes nearly just drove my car from AZ to MA. Luckily, I got a call from Tim Montgomery with ShipYourCarNow. Tim's a good guy. He's lived right next door to my hometown, he responds to questions thoughtfully, and almost immediately, and he doesn't hem and haw around the way things are. He'll tell you exactly how the business works, and most importantly he'll be upfront with the actual cost of shipping your vehicle so there are no surprises on delivery. I shipped my car with Tim, and got it on time, with no problems whatsoever. I moved from Odessa, TX to Granbury, approximately 300 miles; part of the move was my 3 'toy cars'. Reached out over the internet for quotes about a month ahead of our move and got at least a dozen replies. I was estimating costs at the time and when I didn't book a truck immediately all the other brokers lost interest. Ship Your Car Now continued to reach out by email and by phone. Their initial bid for a single vehicle (all they were aware of) was competitive. As the discussion continued, they made me aware of the cost options for closed trailers vs. open and called when they had an affiliated truck in my area. When we negotiated for 2 vehicles on a single truck, pricing became very aggressive and resulted in shipping the second vehicle at half the rate of the first. The trucker they hired showed up 30 minutes ahead of schedule after calling to confirm that his arrival did not create any problems for me. The autos arrived on schedule in exactly the same condition they left. Still have one car that is in restoration to move and I will use them to move it... For those who have never shipped anything using a broker: the trucks are hired by Ship Your Car Now, not owned by SYCN. There are bad apples in any bunch and bad experiences are many times a result of the character of the driver, not the broker who is arranging the deal. First let me start by saying that I work in the automotive dealer industry, so I have had to have many cars shipped over the years, and have extensive experience with various companies. We highly recommend working with Ship Your Car Now; and more specifically, with Mark Frater (954.271.0281). We are in San Diego and we're crazy enough to purchase a car from Florida. I reached out to another company on a Saturday, asking them if they can get our new car picked up on the following Saturday (a week later). That company did not provide updates; I had to constantly contact them for an update. By the time the following Saturday rolled around, they still hadn't secured a transporter. Enter Mark Frater from SYCN. My husband requested a quote that Saturday night, and we signed a contract that Sunday, with pick up scheduled for Wednesday. Our car was scheduled for drop off a week later BUT the transporter is a rockstar driver because he got our car to us, in great condition, by Monday! Let me start off by saying all these other Brokers to ship your car are all CROOKS.... The only place I would recommend to anyone and everyone would be SHIP YOUR CAR NOW. I have had problems with Brickway Transport and Upscale Transport who gave me estimates and wanted a deposit before finding any shipper. Brickway Transport never did find me a transporter, so I cancelled my order with them. Upscale Transport lied to me saying my vehicle would be picked up on a Friday, but no one came also this company is not open 24 hours. So I decided to go with SHIP YOUR CAR NOW and I spoke to MARK F. who was very professional in his job. My car was shipped that Monday. MARK F. was able to get a shipper the same day and have my car shipped on the day I scheduled it, he also provided the shippers name and number along with the drivers name and number. It arrived to me in perfect condition and it took 5 days from Florida to Las Vegas to be received. MARK F. is an outstanding worker and highly recommended. If anyone is looking to ship a vehicle anywhere in the USA, I would highly suggest using SHIP YOUR CAR NOW and hopefully you get to deal with MARK F. who will definitely answer all your questions and exceed your expectations. Really not a good experience. I've had my car shipped several times using other companies, and this has by far been the worst experience. I made a reservation to have my car shipped weeks in advance, and ended up cancelling because I never got assigned a driver or pickup date. Other companies will tell you right away whether or not they can accommodate your requested pickup date. I was left in limbo for weeks (and still am) regarding when my car would get picked up, and I tried to book this way in advance to avoid this in the first place. While I understand there is a need for flexibility on the part of the client, we are paying these companies a large sum of money to provide a service that gives us convenience. I was being more than flexible, and quite frankly, Ship your car was not able to provide me with this service. Their customer service made this experience even worse. My phone calls were not answered and voicemails not received. I'm really glad I cancelled my reservation with them -- not off to good start, and if they are this aloof and not put together before any transaction happens, I would be scared to see what the outcome of my car shipment would have been. Incredible service!! My husband & I (both seniors) were driving from Palm Springs to Chicago, but on day 4 - Saturday - around 7 p.m. we just couldn't face the last leg from Denver to Chicago, so we searched the web for transport companies, provided our details and NO WORD OF A LIE, within minutes, got a call from Mark Frater at Ship Your Car Now. Mark was so professional and honest about the difficulty of arranging our car transport on a Saturday night but that didn't stop him from trying and by Sunday morning at 7 a.m. he had found a driver. I had a very bad experience this summer with this company. It took them ten weeks to ship my car from NJ to Italy. The company was not "there for me every step of the way" like they promised they would be. When my car was picked up, my agent told me he could provide me a website that would allow me to check on the status of my vehicle - a tracking function. It seems like a regular service companies should be able to offer their customers in this day and age, but Ship Your Car did not tell me the website. So I would email my agent every few days and ask for both the website information and a status of my vehicle. My emails all summer were not promptly returned and there was a significant communication problem. When I addressed it to my agent and sent in a customer service complaint on the company, it got no better. I am in the military and the government took care of shipping my other car this summer. Their shipper did a great job - vehicle made it there in six weeks and I was able to use a website every day to check on the status of my vehicle. I shipped my car from Sacramento, CA to Columbus, OH, could not have been more nervous in choosing "the right" shipping company. Somehow came across Jean Carlos Ocasio (ph: 561-234-6980), who was truly an angel sent from above. Although the price was a little high for my liking, I figured I'd rather pay more now than have to pay for a new car after it gets destroyed using a cheaper company (I read way too many yelp reviews). Jean "Carlos" eased any kind of uneasiness I had, he was prompt with all of his email responses and calls, he answered every single question I had and assured me that he would be there to answer any other questions I had at any hour of the day. The tone of the conversations we had on the phone felt like I was talking with a friend rather than a broker (if that's what they're called?), he is extremely friendly and willing and happy to do what he can to set you at ease. He said that my car should arrive within 7 days, 8 days if weather is bad. BUT IT ARRIVED AFTER ONLY 5. I was disbelief. My car arrived exactly how it was when it was shipped. Todd Carlisle (tel:(954)271-0287) at Ship Your Car Now, was very professional in his approach to how he runs his business, he was very helpful and patient with me and what ended up being a very trying and difficult car shipment on both of our behalf. My car had to be shipped from Maryland to Hawaii which should have been fairly straight forward, the car drove onto the truck and across the US to the port in LA, that's where Todd's and my trouble started, the car wouldn't start, so we had to get it towed to a mechanic (due to port rules and regulations the mechanic can't work in the port) who got it running for me, then towed back to port, that's when the E brake failed and Matson's rules say they can't ship in that condition. Being an older car parts aren't easily sourced so that was out of the question, Todd helped me to organize transport to San Diego to a different port where Pasha ships out of (they accept Automatic cars with no E brake). This whole situation was stressful to both Todd and myself with anything that could go wrong did go wrong, Todd maintained his friendly and professional manner through this tough shipment, I would recommend him to anyone. read more

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with "J. D." at "Ship Your Car Now"! He did a great job, explaining the relatively simple process of transporting my car, from Illinois to Hawaii. Talking me thru each of the simple steps, he made the whole process easy to understand, with very little to do, on my part! Once the signing process was complete, a date was set for pick up. Because I lived on a small court, when the car carrier driver called, I simply drove my car to the nearby street where he met me for pick up. After a detailed inspection of my vehicle for possible dings or dents, (there were none) he loaded it for transport from Illinois to Long Beach California, where it was then transferred to Matson Shipping for it's sea voyage. Three weeks to the day after my car was picked up, I retrieved it from Matson, at the shipyard in Honolulu. This time I did the inspection, and found not a ding or dent. My car was in perfect condition and I must say, the entire process was just as simple and easy as "J.D." said it would be. I spent several days on the internet, trying to locate a shipper to take my Toyota 4runner limited to St Vincent and the Grenadines, I had practically exhausted my search, with everyone telling me that they don't ship vehicles to that area. Finally, I contacted Ship Your Car Now, and spoke with Todd Carlisle, and he did an exhausting , but necessary check, and assured me that they will transport my vehicle, and do so safely. Todd went out of his way to explain everything to me, and thus calm my fears- it was the first time that I had ever undertaken such an endeavor. The price of transport was very good, my vehicle was picked up in corpus Christi and transported overland to Florida. The vehicle arrived one week earlier than was anticipated, I was elated. My only complaint, delivery time was scheduled between 8:00-10:00am; however my car did not show up until 5:45pm, and I received multiple calls giving me erroneous updates about delivery. The car arrived in perfect condition, no marks or scratches albeit dirty but that was to be expected. Guy driving the flatbed was very nice, professional and competent. Zach followed up with a call and apologized for the bad communication about delivery eta.
