Mark came out the next day, reviewed my house, and gave me the quote. The first visit would be a thorough cleaning, and would probably take four hours with two people. And yeah, it was that bad. Subsequent visits, every two weeks, would be a flat rate. Sounded fine. They just completed the first visit, and I'm a happy man!. They wore masks (as did I while they were here), and cleaned everything. They worked hard, put everything back where it had been (mostly), and were very courteous to me. So, first visit was excellent. We'll see about subsequent visits. But based on the first visit, I have high expectations for their bi-weekly visits.
