I only leave items there that are "dry clean only" otherwise you'll get ripped off. This place is not only economical, but the job is always done right. Every item whether, shirts or blazers, skirts, to table linens and bedding, everything is pressed and returned to you like new. It's in a very industrial area of Hialeah as it's in a warehouse, but the owner and employees are always very nice when you drop off.

Since then I've been receiving passive agressive service and delays that are just barely acceptable. The work they do, I respect, however their system and processes change depending on who you talk to, i.e. their sales rep, their customer service, their warehouse etc. They want you to follow their processes otherwise they charge you, fair, but they are not consistent. I have ceased to use their services and one of my packages was shipped their by mistake from my supplier and they had charged me for receiving the product. The shipper delivered and came back within 24 hours to recover the package. Gripe with that: 1. Previously they would not touch products that I have created an order with them for over 24 hours. 2. If a non-customer sends a package and gets it re-routed within 24 hours due to wrong address, will they be invoiced? I have worked with many FBA prep warehouses throughout the U.S. and this has got to be one of the most difficult to work with. Some work with GoogleSheets and have more efficieny and less friction than iLogistics. Sometimes better tech is not better unless you can figure how to make the UI user friendly and limit inputs required. I called multiple times and all they said was that they did refund me (it had been over a week at this point with no refund). I've spent the last 2 hours on the phone with chase trying to dispute the charge. Very upsetting to rip off a young girl, and then lie about refunding the money. Take your money elsewhere.

-Unreliable -Unpleasant customer service…read more-Low quality work -The owner's responses to the Yelp reviews are very off putting. I've used this place for alterations maybe 2-3 times. Even after reading some reviews, I gave this place a chance. I have gotten jeans taken in and one dress taken in at the armpit area. They do a decent job. The prices are about $25-$30 for a job, doesn't matter the item. The last time picking up an item I had taken in, will be the last time I go here. It was a brand new skirt, never worn. And when I picked it up after having it taken in it had a large stain on the front plus two smaller spots of dirt and liquid. The item was also extremely wrinkled so it didn't seem to have been steamed or ironed. If they looked at the care tag they would see no iron should be used on this type of fabric. I politely showed the woman the stains and asked if I could have half refund back. She said no, it didn't happen here, we only tailored the item. I said, this was brand new and never worn, with no stains when I dropped it off. I showed her three stains. It is unwearable now. She shrugged and continued to say no. I asked again "please could you refund me for half" She told me that the manager wasn't here. I asked for the managers name and number and she did not know the name, and gave me the number of the place. I told her that everytime I have called or stepped inside i have only seen or spoken to her. Finally I left my phone number with her to have the manager call me. Hopefully they make it right. Update: I have been trying to speak with a manger and have gotten no response for two weeks now.

I don't doubt that, his work is good however I found a tailor for 1/3 the price just as good. Additionally, they are not open weekends and they often close earlier than they advertise during the week. I had to go 3 times. The most off-putting besides the prices and accessibility is when you pay, before the work is done, you card is swiped and they want to know how much you are tipping !!!!
