Ali took me on as a last-minute client, and was beyond professional as I was scrambling up against the timeline as I was late for my 2016 extension. To myself I asked " he had been charging me $1500 and promised me that all the returns he has completed he will stand by me if I were to get audited for no additional fees ". Ali was referred to me by one of my client , and found him to be very responsive and knowledgeable through e-mail. I typically had done my own taxes in the past, but 2015 was a doozy: I got married, quit one job, moved halfway across the country, and started another job. I went from a single person with 1 measly W-2 to filing jointly in two states, accounting for moving expenses, student loans, multiple healthcare forms, and all the nightmares that come with financially documenting the most momentous year of your life thus far. I might have just cried and chosen tax evasion rather than sort through all of that, but we were able to email all the docs to Ali for him to handle. SO this year I was super late to file my taxes. I saw a Tax office during my morning commute. I wanted to stop by but I was so busy traveling for work that I couldn't. So i decided to just call and see if they could help me with out me stopping by for a long appointment. I spoke to ALi and he was awesome! He prepared me for the tax process in a quick and efficient manner. its was well organized and easy. I faxed him W2s and gave my personal information . When I saw him during my appointment he had everything ready (all inputted into his system). It took us 15 mins to go over everything once I reached his office. I recently moved out of state so was expecting that the tax process would be a headache. It wasn't . We completed everything via fax through a safe and secure portal. The accountant I was using was hard to get in touch with if I need any assistance. for example now if I needed help with a tax form or need help filling out my kids FAFSA, I can just text Ali and he will get back to me quickly. I had an accountant which i have been using since last 10 years but when he passed away in 2015. When I changed being an S Corp beginning 2017 he took the time to explain to me the difference between being a c Corp nd and s Corp. and he answered all my questions which were many !!
