The 2 rings that were custom made turned out amazing and didn't take long to have made at all. They always answered my emails and stayed in communication throughout the whole thing. I purchased a stunning pair of natural diamond studs. The earrings are perfect, the martini setting takes nothing away from the diamonds, and gives the effect of the diamond sitting flat with the earlobe. Stunning! The price was unbeatable in terms of what the equivlent pair of earrings would have cost me in Australia, double to perhaps triple the price. I had a shock with customs taxes at delivery and my dealings with Simon with this issue were throughly professional. I love these earrings and wear them everyday. The Ring its self is beautiful and very well made, and arrived next day I can not fault the service, I think due to the time of year, mistake's where made the lab report had a typo 0.15crt when it should have been 1.50crt, new paper work as been sent so again can not fault the service, however the ring was meant to be size K and half and I it was sent as K, am having to get it re-sized under my own steam so not so keen on that!, however I think this down to how busy they where and the time of year, so I will more than like buy from them again! read more
