They handled each step of the process with integrity, honesty, fairness and kindness. It was a very difficult time for our family and it was such a relief to be dealing with such dedicated, knowledgeable and fantastic people. It was an absolute joy to work with them. They also spent the time to get to know my great-aunt, which was a huge comfort for her during such a huge transition. I showed him the original receipt from 1988 as well as the recent appraisal. He walked away to look at the ring and came back and told me it was a lab created diamond so would offer me a few hundred for the gold. I declined this offer and went back to the jeweler that did the appraisal and he stood by his appraisal that it was a genuine diamond and took it on consignment for thousands of $$ not a couple hundred $$. Good thing I didn't fall for the scam. Just want to make people aware that you might want to be leary about selling used jewelry at this store.
