David L was our initial poc and I should've known something was special about him when he kept pulling more and more items out of a moderately sized bag like a magician with rabbits. He came to our home and worked with us on what we needed versus preferences - including concerns and potential issues we didn't even think of. His time and focus on our project was just the beginning of our walkin shower journey. Our second poc was Carrie who is exceptionally competent at the "office" side of the business; she managed the inner workings and even made direct contact with the VA for us so that we wouldn't be stuck in the middle. Her affable nature and consistent communication made this part of the process - which I thought would be the worst - easy and stress free. Our materials took some time to come in but we never felt forgotten during those weeks. And then installation day came! Our expert installer, David H, literally sealed the deal for us. He was so respectful of our home and genuinely a delight to work with. He is well versed in this industry and his skills are beyond compare. I was impressed that he knew the answers to most of our questions but of the few he didn't know, he called someone who did to provide us with accurate information instead of just making something up. We were extremely pleased with his personality and his workmanship. In the end, we got an outstanding new bathroom shower with zero hiccups and complete confidence in Superior Bath Systems. We could not have found such a unique and positive experience with any other company; I am sure of it. I would give this company far more stars if I could; definitely recommend. Whatever that's fine... I found it odd the salesman wanted to show me sooo many options via text and only brought 2 to my house to look at it in person. I really liked one of the options though so it worked out. Scheduling was easy, the team was at our house on time to install, and were done in a couple hours. That said, I'm pretty confident in my assessment that the floors that were installed were not what I picked out. What I picked was very light, grey, almost concrete looking. What was installed was very dark and a lot of brown tones... it's like it's the same style but the wrong color was ordered. I mentioned this to both the project manager and the salesman, neither acknowledge me. For that reason I wouldn't use them again and unlikely to recommend to my family and friends.

When we decided to go ahead with the project, the entire team came to my house, plumbing, electrician, etc. to assure that what the designer had presented was all doable. Our designer, Dani, was excellent at accommodating all our wishes and our project manager, Ryan, was very thorough and communicative. The actual project was mostly completed while we were out of town, but through their app and texts, we received pictures and questions every step of the way. At the end, every minor detail was attended to and we couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. I highly recommend this company for your remodeling project!

Even though my back suffers greatly after using we are stuck with this, for us, a useless vacuum. Maybe this is why they last so long. For me the vacuum is unusable so I would give it a one star. The business was very good at what they do - 4 stars. That rating is because we made it very clear that I did not want a heavy vacuum. We tried it out on their thin carpet..nothing like what we have at home. Disappointed was looking forward to a new machine that would work for us. My husband had already done some decent research on brands and styles he was interested in but did want to see, touch, try out before purchasing. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Kayla and welcomed in. We asked about the Miele brand and models. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and had excellent suggestions/tips to share. We found the ones to try, and picked the one the wanted. Kayla put it together for us and even carried it to our car! Talk about amazing service! Important note: They absolutely sell more than vacuums here. We did have an issue, the countertop was cut as a backsplash, but it was cut too high and the microwave wouldn't fit. The contractor tried to make it work but it wouldn't. I called Tyler at Peak Stone, and he responded with kindness and genuine concern for my situation. He promised a call from Mari the next day with a game plan to fix things. Just as promised, I received a call the next morning. I was given a new window to have the team come out and fix the backsplash. They showed up on time and quickly fixed the issue. I would not hesitate to use their services again or recommend them to a friend!

I can afford one upgrade a year I choose to do this and horribly disappointed. The installer also asked to use the restroom was in there for 25 minutes broke the seat somehow and just closed the door and left without saying a word about it. I learned about it later that evening when company was over they informed me the seat was hanging off. I asked why the dishwasher was crooked he said all I had to do was undo the screws and redo it. i will add photos shortly I need my girl to add I just can't figure out how to add them on here. I just like to save someone the hassle it is literally right by the sink I see everyday and is just depressing. I called the company they really cared less.

The bins were clean when they arrived, and the provided labels made packing easy. We used the 3-bedroom package, which came with 55 bins, which was plenty for us. It also saved us from having to go out into the stores during the Covid-19 lockdown, buying cardboard, taping, disposal etc. The bins come with a dolly that makes it easier to move through doorways. The only downside to the sturdy bins is that it's pretty easy to pack them with too much stuff, and they will become heavy quickly! The bins were able to be stacked up floor to ceiling in the moving truck, which saved us tons of space. If we ever move again, I'd definitely use Bin It Indy.

Being able to put items into bins made this process so much easier and I would urge anyone moving to use this service. We rented 30 bins for about $110 for two weeks. Bin It dropped them off at our old home and picked them up at our new one. Customer service was great...very easy to communicate with them via text or phone and very responsive. Highly recommend !
