In the middle of summer, we were having trouble with our air ducts leaking and struggled to find an HVAC company that wasn't going to overcharge and take advantage of us. We were told to call Time to Chill, and were so relieved that Randy responded quickly and came out first thing. He identified the issue and told us upfront how long it would take and roughly how much it would be to replace the ducts, and later provided us with the exact price. We had questions about the ducts and our AC system, and he took time to listen and answer each one and explain. Randy and his crew replaced our ductwork and installed a purifier in a matter of hours and now we have peace of mind! We called Randy again when our system stopped blowing cool air and he fit us into his schedule that same day, identified the issue with the outside unit, and got it working again. Later, we had a question about our AC after a major home improvement project triggered the safety switch and wanted to check that everything was still okay. Randy came over, ensured our AC was still functioning optimally, explained what caused the issue, and answered our questions. But it appears over the last couple of years customer service has somewhat fallen off. I gave a friend his number last year and he never returned his call. I also tried reaching him recently myself and he didn't respond within 24hrs. I get that it's a busy time of the season but clients at least deserve a return phone call in a timely manner to say if he can or cannot do the job. Businesses need to realize that old customers are even more valuable than new ones because they keep giving referrals. I wish him the best but I will look elsewhere for servicing of my units going forward because it's not only the service it's also the customer care after the sale that is important.

Bill went from $70 to $125. Didn't quite expect that and I have no idea what air pounds means. I had a few other questions about how to work my Ecobee and room ventilation and I got the brush off. A YouTube video would have been more informative.
