He said someone there said they would do it. No one there knew how to relight the water heaters. An honest plumber would not just let someone relight water heaters. It is hazardous to leave them unlit. Ken wanted $130.00 to relight them. After he already charged me to complete the job. If I did not pay the double charge, the home would be in a dangerous state for longer. As I went to ask my helper if he said he would relight, he made his way to the elderly homeowner. When I saw her afraid face and Ken right over her demanding payment, that was the end for him. This is a scam company that has no regard for human life.

No response and after several days I called again. He responded by text and said he had to take a few personal days. An appointment was set for him to come give us an estimate and he did send that after our first meeting. At that appointment some additional plans were discussed and another appointment set. This time he didn't show up, didn't call and didn't text. I sent two text to him asking if he was coming and no response. We had plans for the day and we were left waiting and wondering. On my third message I told him he had already had two red flags previously by responding several days after I had called and this was the second issue of not showing and that I could not work with undependable and we were done. Then he finally responded and said he got hung up building a swing set! That's very unprofessional. No I would not recommend him, he seems to work when he wants to as some previous reviews on Yelp have had the same issue. In his defense he seems to be a very nice guy, but I wasn't hiring a nice guy.
