When I scheduled the appointment I was told that there was a 89.95 service call fee, but if they stayed to do the work at the time they arrived, the fee would be credited. This isn't what happened. They technician, (Felipe Puente), informed me that he had to charge the service fee, and the fee for blowing out the line. He went on the inform me that he did surcure a pvc pipe that was not connected. I never requested that he do this, and quite frankly did not want it done since it caused no issue, and my previous ac company did not secure it on purpose. He only did this to add to his paperwork to justify the astronomical charge. I paid 219.00 to have a line blown out that normally cost 79.00 to 120.00 max. PEOPLE, STAY AWAY FROM NON- REPUTABLE COMPANY!
