Come here with an idea of what you want and stick to it or you may fall pray to getting items that you do not want or need. When I come here I hardly ever ask for help because i may find my stirred away from my reason for coming here. I am very clear on the items that I buy and without it I would be here for hours just looking around. They sell jerseys, hats, shirts, hoodies, and all other sports related clothing and items. This place can generally meet most of your sports clothing needs but they can also be limited in their selection. In looking for jerseys I would suggest going to NFLSHOP.COM or any other sports websites because this shop only gets a certain number and certain players. Every holiday I come here to get some sports clothing gifts but they never tend to have the sizes or selection that I am looking for. The hat selections are nice but they tend to be limited in sizes. I just do not get this place at times. Sometimes I feel like I can get what I need here and at other times I just shake my head. The Owners were extremely rude! Prices are twice higher than Dick's at Serramonte!!! The 2018 Warriors Champs Hats were sold for $36.00 compared to Dick's at $17.00!! All their Warriors'. Adidas brands (old stocks) are at regular price compared to Dick's Nike brand much newer than Adidas (new stocks). They won't accept refunds but they won't tell the customers upfront. DO NOT SHOP HERE! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to return a SF 49er ID card holder when the lanyard broke and the store manager did not want to allow me an exchange. Store manager told me to go to the manufacturer and it is not their fault it broke. He implied that I abused the product when I only used it a few hours to hold my work ID. How much abuse can result from an office job? He suggested that I can sew the lanyard back up. That is easy enough but the point is I am dissatisfied with purchasing a defective item and want an exchange. I did not ask for a refund. He allowed me to exchange other unused items I returned but still insisted on not accepting the defective lanyard. He says manufacturer will not accept the returning of defective stock after 2 days. That is Shirtique's issue, not mine. I should not be stuck with an unsatisfactory business transaction. Upon leaving the store I threatened to dispute my charge and that is when he relented to allow the exchange for the defective item. The situation should not have arisen to this level. This is absolutely poor business practice. Apparently the ID holder is new old stock that the manufacturer had discontinued and remains in the store inventory. This is their problem, not mine. The store should stand by the products they sell. This is not a high dollar item and defective items are part of business and something a reputable store should be able to absorb. He tells me to not do business there anymore. Which is fine with me. Let me say that this business transaction can have future repercussions as far as the store's reputation. TERRIBLE no service-I'm an x niner family member-Hall of famer Bob St Clair and this so called store was rotten. Bought a sweatshirt-t shirt and some small items-Sweatshirt-49ers old school-for my 22 yr old son-my 10 yr old wanted some knick knacks-and thought i'd buy a shirt for wife-Giants-. When we got home there was a stain on the sweatshirt-have no idea how it got there.Washed it alone in mild wash as per instructions with oxyclean-filled tank water mix wash suds and then put in sweatshirt. Stain got worse-Put oxyclean on stain and rinsed-No change. Went back into store and no sooner then I started talking-older Indian woman states" Not Our Problem-Go Away". I was in shock. Not even a polite discussion on anything. She started to talk to a young man behind counter in a foriegn tongue. I explained that it was a stain that was on the sweatshirt and could we at least work together some how. Absolutely No was her response. I then informed them that I would have to take it off my Visa card as a diispute and please at least try to help. She responded to us that the sweatshirt needed to be handwashed-so it must be our fault. The washing instrustions say machine wash and then she said not her problem call the Manufacturer. I had an awesome experience here today. A nice guy helped me look through warriors hats because I was hitting up a game and had nothing to wear.. We looked through the shirts and finally I settled on a hoodie. The overall experience was worth it and the personal service that I was given, without being pushy was exceptional. I was even told by the girl behind the counter that I should purchase a less expensive item since I am not a die hard basketball fan and spending a lot on something that I wont wear a lot made more sense. Horrible Customer Service On 12/23/13 (one day prior to Christmas Eve) I came into this sports shop to purchase my dad some 49ers apparel. I searched the store and found these $30.00 49ers sweat pants that I thought he would love. I was rung up by a young lady by the name of Dhavani, and as I waited for her to give me my receipt I hear her say, "Oops..." I then replied, "What happened?" She answered, "I charged you $320.00." I then said, "Ok, just void out the transaction and do it again." She said, "Unfortunately, even though I voided the transaction you won't get your money back for 24-72 hours." With shock I then went on my iPhone, looked at my Wells Fargo checking account and saw that ALL OF MY CHRISTMAS SPENDING MONEY FOR GIFTS WAS GONE!! Not only that, it overdrafted extra funds from my credit card. Now, I worked at Wells Fargo as a Personal Banker for 2 years so I know what fees will be charged and I know what happens to other transactions that don't post right away they will either post or I will rack up more and more overdraft fees per purchase! I was so upset! Not only was my checking account drained, I was going to get charged an overdraft fee, AND I HAD NO MORE MONEY TO PURCHASE PRESENTS FOR MY FAMILY!!! I told the young lady that since she processed this transaction, she's responsible for reimbursing me and fees associated with this purchase AND YOU KNOW WHAT SHE TOLD ME?!?! She said, "Well the bank is going to charge you, not us!" I then flipped out at this point in front of all the customers in the store. She had the nerve to not only tell me that she is not responsible for the overdraft fee, but she also said "Well this is MY store!" I yelled, "LET ME SEE THE MANAGER OR OWNER RIGHT NOW!" and she went to the back office to get the owner/manager named Paresh. I told him what happened and the young woman who messed up the transaction kept running her mouth behind the owner. SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I demanded to the owner that he pay me any fees associated with this transaction and that he understands how much of a financial impact this caused me and my family. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN AND I AM WRITING TO THE BBB (Better Business Bureau) regarding this incident. I work in customer service so I know how important it is to remedy a bad situation right away and this young lady did nothing but make it worse with her attitude. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND to not shop here. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I bought my son a jersey - some IDIOT employee put the security tag in front of the shirt which caused a hole. I revised the jersey to make sure there were no stains or rips since there is a no refund policy. WELL since the security tag was not taken off until it was put in the bag, I did not realize the jersey had a hole in it. I tried to go back with the tags still on the jersey to exchange it (I did not want my $$ back, I wanted a jersey without a hole) and was told basically TOO BAD and that it is my job to make sure the merchandise at their store is up to par. I did revise it unfortunately the morons that work at this place don't have sense enough to put the security tag on the label rather than on the actual jersey Please don't shop here you will waste your time and your money. I've been in the store a couple of times and find the service to be almost non-existent. With this last one I was exchanging a gift for a different size when I was told they don't do exchanges because management thinks the employees are stealing. I'm really not sure what that has to do with the customers or myself. If you don't trust the employees then fire them and get ones you do trust. That or do the job yourself. It made me feel as though I was being told maybe I was in with the employees. I drove 2 hours to do the exchange for that type of service. Not good for business.
