    False advertisement lying employees that manager is on lunch but whole time we were talking to the manager. Avoid at all costs bunch of cheats!! There was noting of shelf that was for tha price!!

    Stopped by to check out some Super Bowl LX and 49ers apparel since it's Super Bowl weekend!! I had checked to see what Dick's had available and saw they had a Flash Sale for some 49er apparel so I decided to add them to the cart and view them in the store. As I walked in, there was a big sign "Chase the Smoke Super Bowl LX" with a Nike swoosh and a pre-registration check-in station for a media event they were having with some football players and lots of fans, esp. young boys who were listening to them speak and be interviewed. I walked past it and went to the 49er/Warriors area to find the sale items. There were lots of 49er and Warriors apparel but the items that were on the Flash Sale weren't shown with sale signs. An employee helped me once I showed her the items in my cart. Her hand-held reader was giving a different price so she told me to show the prices on my phone once I was at the cash register. I found some shirts/jerseys and then went to the Super Bowl apparel area in the front. I found a t-shirt and purchased my items. There was a area behind the stage where they were offering free iron-on decals to personalize your Super Bowl shirt/jersey! I spoke to Sasha who was very helpful, offered good design suggestions and we worked together to customize my t-shirt!! I appreciated her friendly customer service and upbeat personality. Prescilla at the cash register was also helpful and was able to honor my online Flash Sale prices. I'm so happy I stopped in and so happy with my purchases!! This is my go-to Bay Area Fan shop when I'm in the area. It's been such an exciting week with all the fan events all around town and you could feel the upbeat vibes even though my team won't be playing.

    surprisingly still well staffed an hour before closing. 2 staff at check out and 3 staff near the shoes. I was in to try on some volleyball/basketball shoes and was initially worried that I would have trouble flagging someone to help me get a size. The staff who helped me was friendly and it helped that he also plays the same sport so he was able to recommend the current trending shoes that are popular and get me some sizes. I later noticed a kiosk in the area where you can press a button to ask for help as well.

    Hakeem in the bike service department is amazing!!!! Even on a stressful Christmas eve morning, he was able to assemble my kids bike and razzle dazzle it with some string lights! He was so friendly and professional, even in a pressured situation, never lost his warm smile. Thank you so much Hakeem and Dick's sporting goods bike service department!!

    The customer service here is very bad because they hired the younger Gen-X, and they have no concept of dealing with customers. They really need to EDUCATE and take a training class because they just hire them to talk to each other, not help the customers, just read the other reviews, a lot of one Stars. I had horrible service on Saturday afternoon. How did it take five people to help? and then they don't come back and who wants to buy unisex shoes, especially if they're diabetic and they have a disability and they tell you specifically what kind of shoes they need. So avoid this place just go somewhere else it's not worth you spending your money and then nobody wants to help you. I was asking for a manager, and they refused to give me their name and their phone number to the store WTF who does that. So i called today and spoke to a young kid his name was Jay its really doubtful he will do anything about it,but here's my part a one-star review run don't walk avoid this place at all cost.     The escalators are very clean. The service is really nice. They did not have my sled. They have a great sports collection.

    If I could give 0 stars, I would…read more I brought my graduation stole to T-Shirt Source in Daly City for embroidery and even paid extra to expedite the order from the normal 7 days to 3-5 days because my graduation was coming up. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, they called me and told me they had "lost" my stole. Instead of taking accountability, they told me to go buy another stole myself and that they would embroider the replacement "on the spot." I ended up taking time off work trying to deal with this mess, and to make things worse, I could barely even get ahold of the store while trying to figure out what was going on. When I asked if they could at least reimburse me for losing my stole, they told me they couldn't because they were "no longer making a profit" off my order. There was little to no apology, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism. Then after all the back and forth, they suddenly "found" my stole and told me to come pick it up at 5:30. It became pretty obvious that they never actually lost it -- they just lied about it to buy themselves more time. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I've had, especially considering this was for a major life event. Really shitty service. I would not recommend trusting them with anything important or time-sensitive.
