Went to Giants Dugout 7/18/2026 @ 12 noon hour..Great selection....Period .Loved the store.. Two Situations that stood out as unprofessional..1,A staff member was so bored over by the jersey's was rock a rack of clothes continuously with a horrid squeaking sound it was rude and annoying..2, We spent $66 and were asked if we wanted a bag and was told we had to pay for it!! Worst of all the cashier said the bags were inventoried so he has to charge for one . Basically it is ridiculous to have to pay for a bag went there was a purchase. Not to wanting to come back and spend money here for that small reason . I love the San Francisco Giants but those little things like the staff member not being aware of his audience and the common courtesy to not make unnecessary annoying. no noises. As well as the cashier not having a backbone and providing your bag to a customers. read more

I LOVE the SF Giants and this store is massive ! I love how clean it is and the set up is perfect. On my recent visit about a week ago I was looking for a new jacket. I was wanting almost everything of course. There are kids clothes and souvenirs, ladies clothing and accessories. Lots of hats to choose in various styles and sizes from the hat wall. There are smaller items like rally toes , stickers, enamel pins, ect. The entry way to the store has a cool wall to take a picture by. The employees are helpful and friendly. I must've shopped for about an hour. Parking is not easy. I wanted to walk around the outside of the ball park and I parked at the ballpark lot. The check out was easy and you can do self checkout too. Signed up for a credit card and got a discount. I love it here because I'm a SF Giants fan and of course I'll be back to buy even more when I get chance. read more

I was going to the game, and wanted to get a shirt prior. This is their flagship store, which is quite large, and all sorts of tshirts, jerseys, random gear all around. Although they have a lot of unique seasonal items, I felt like they didn't have the best selection of "regular" tshirts in good sizes. They seemed to have a bunch of larges and XL for women's, nothing in the smaller range. Perhaps they had more in the back? Who knows because service was awful. The prices here too were also marked up compared to their website, unfortunately. I will say that everything in the store was tidy, though. The only person who greeted me was the security guard, which I found ironic. I was obviously browsing looking for something, and all the employees were all busy putting things away, or chatting amongst themselves at the front. No one bothered to see if I needed help finding anything. Bad service here. read more

A staple outside Oracle Park, the team store is within the ball park, can be accessed inside or outside the stadium. It's chocked full of....You guessed Giants gear! I'd like to consider myself a fan, I try and support when I can, I always buy the mystery bags to support the organization. I try and make a game atleast a 3-4 times a month. I commuted from the South Bay to purchase a customizable jersey that I have been eyeing for a while. Upon arriving at the customizable jersey screen, I was told by the worker all I had to do was choose the jersey, player, and input my information. My jersey would then be available 10-15 minutes afterwards for purchase. I waited 10 minutes then asked a different worker for an update, to be told they are still making it. 30 minutes passed, for which then I proceeded to ask a 3rd worker for an update, to then be told to follow him to the supervisor. When I met with him, I was confronted as if I was in the wrong. I was told direct procedures of how I should have went about it, without being asked how the original worker broke it down to me. I wasn't asked what happened, I wasn't asked why I did what I did, I almost had to speak in front of the supervisor to give my side. He then completed disregarded my reason for what I did. Even after waiting around 30-40 minutes, thinking the jersey was being made, not 1 apology or acknowledgment of the miscommunication that occurred, from the supervisor. As a result, for which the supervisors attitude ruined the entire experience, I didn't happen to purchase anything on my way out. read more

The Giants Dugout store is my shopping spot for all the latest Giants apparel. Quick fact about me, I'm the kind of dude that likes to wear sports hats and I'll alternate between Warriors and Giants. So when I'm looking to shops for a new cap I'll come here for my selection. The dugout store features three walls of hats so there are plenty to choose from. The store shelves are packed with shirts, jackets, and tons of other trinkets that make nice gifts. I'd recommend stopping for a visit on a day when the Giants are away in order to avoid the huge pre/post game crowds. I had a great time browsing the largest selection of in person and personalized giants merchandise in the bay area. I found a nice shirt for the game. It was hot. The shirt seemed to be made for that. My mom got a hat. We had fun together at the game. Overall a good experience. Slightly insane with how many people go there though so don't expect personalized service because they don't have time to help you beoynd doing a custom order or telling you where something is thats pretty much all they have time for. They don't have time or enough staff to care about you or what you want to do. But the selection is easy enough to navigate and laid out in a very easy to access way. They often have displays with current uniforms and fashion trends. If you want the player worn items this is the place you can find all of them in one place too. MLB 16 oz Labeled Beer Glasses are worthless fan items. The labels are decals that fall off with hand washing and are completely destroyed by dishwasher washing. One can get 8x16 oz blank beer glasses for $24 just about anywhere, but MLB charges around $24 for two "decal" glasses, so around $9 per glass just for decals that fall off the glasses when washed. I did not try the etched glasses because they are so expensive. read more

I went to a Giants game yesterday and i always stop by before the first pitch to buy something. As the name would imply, this store is ALL THINGS GIANTS. Downstairs is adult appeal and upstairs is reserved for the kids. Great selection of long and short sleeved shirt, hoodies, hats and jerseys. For the location and how specific they are to catering to Giants fans. Merchandise can be expensive (depending on what you buy) they have a lot of unique in store items that you won't find anywhere else or online. The store itself is always laid out and easy to navigate. Clothing is separated out by Men's, Women's and Children's very well. Additionally this store is spotless! The floors are clean and the merchandise is neatly displayed throughout the store. The staff is always friendly and I had multiple staff members ask if I needed help. Greeted me when I entered and left the store. Plus, if you're a Giants fan this is the store to go to. They have lots of gear and you can get personalized jerseys on the spot too. One star for the outstanding products and selection. -4 stars for the service and options. My family of four came in to get jerseys, hats and gifts to take home. This was the place we had set our sites on, all week. There early, one of the first to walk in the store at opening. Looked around, found what we needed and no one was ready or willing to help. We were in line (only ones in line) with jerseys in hand and wanting to customize them (that's extra $, right?). Nada. We had to interrupt a conversation of four employees (3 not even checked in for the day, just distracting the one cashier...) oh, the eye roll and attitude we got from the cashier. Like we had interrupted a wedding or something. We asked a question. Got 'attitude' with our answer thank you! And we turned around and left. I have never heard my wife say, "we are not buying one thing here." Before, but I felt it. The other customers felt it. Don't know if they left, as we didn't look back. It's a brand new store on the other side of the ballpark which will only be open on game days and unlike the one on 3rd and Willie Mays Plaza, you cannot get inside the ballpark from this store. Tip for the one on 3rd and Willie Mays Plaza, entering the ballpark from the store will waive any promotional giveaway(s). I should probably update my review for that store but I'll do that at a later time. A much smaller store but it gives fans an alternative because the Dugout Store on 3rd and Willie Mays Plaza is normally a mad house before the game. I don't understand why people do this because there are stores to get your gear inside the ballpark, too. If you do not have any Giants apparel and you call yourself a fan just because they won the WS then please stay away from the store, stay away from the ballpark, heck, don't call yourself a fan. We got to the city early so that I can take the kids to Pier 39 (Mirror Maze) but saw a long ass line so we walked by but came before the game so that my daughter can use her Splash credits on a baseball cap; kids' caps are $25.99. I didn't do any browsing or shopping because I have enough Giants stuff however, I might spring for a Hunter Pence and/or a Ryan Vogelsong jersey for my birthday that is only 13 days away. I came here last night when I was leaving the giants game early because my nephew was getting tired and my sister decided to leave since he was fussy. I was underwhelmed with the selection of merchandise that was available. I only saw one shirt that stood out to me and decided to buy it. The kids selection was somewhat better, but some of the toddler items seemed smaller than what it said on the tag. In seasons past the selection seemed bigger and my sister agreed with me. I don't know why the items seem underwhelming. The store is bigger since it is the flag ship store because it is part of the stadium, it should have more than other dugout stores. I have been coming here for the past 10 years and I have never been disappointed as much as I was last night! When we were leaving there was 3 security men and they were yelling at us that we couldn't go out the door and pointed to the door that is closest to the 3rd street bridge but they let 2 guys out the doors that we tried to exit. We were struggling to push the stroller and open the door. The guys just held the door for the 2 guys but made us exit the other doors. We were like what the heck, that is not right, my sister talked to the security office to a woman and was given the guest services number. read more

I just bought some stuff a few games ago, so I was browsing when I saw..... ~~* Ivory Player's Colors Jerseys with Gold Sparkle Lettering and a Gold World Series patch.*~~ Sparkles?!!! :) The women's jerseys (fitted and shorter) are nice but they don't have the numbers on the back. In my book - If you are gonna get a jersey you have to pick your player. None of this generic crapola. I wanted a Wilson jersey, a sparkly World Series one. Now Men's and Women's jerseys are different, in price, style and material. I paid twice as much for my new jersey than my Lincecum jersey, but I'm worth it. So are these memories and experiences. It's still cheaper to buy here than in Alameda county due to taxes. They even have another big store for kiddies next door. It's new! It's always busy here before and after the game so I usually only go here during mid game as it's less crowded. Two floors of apparel and gear. Well stocked and lots of new styles every season. They always have a lot of staff to help you and they have somewhat security as you leave the store. Usually, they check your receipts but last time it was mid-game so it was not crowded and let me through. ;-) This time, we have a seasons pass holder discount card so I will be taking advantage of that!! We made it there at 510pm and they still had a line queued up to get in. The line did move quickly and smooth. Great job staff and management! NOTE TO ALL: DON'T BUY THE W.S. GEAR OUTSIDE WITH THE PORTABLE "OFFICIAL" W.S. GEAR SHOPS! The official merchandise outside was priced HIGHER than the Dugout. At least $5-10 more than inside the store. I frequent this Dugout location everytime I come up to SF for the games from L.A. for my official SF GIANTS gear (to wear in L.A.). They have just about everything you need for a SOCAL fan like me when the BLUE stuff runs a muck down south. BUT last night, they ran out of the black W.S. champs t-shirts and only had the grey ones! NOT OK!!!! But I got my jersey and cap with the 2010 W.S. patches on them though. Thanks for staying open later. I would of been bummed to fly back to Burbank empty handed. My dugout or yours? I went here 2 weeks ago with Akemi H. and her bf to kill some time and check out some Giants gear! Holy crap! This place is huge - 2 stories and the 2nd story is just kids/toddlers/baby section. With over two levels of selection, your chances of finding what you want are high, same with the prices too. They were having a 40% off on selected merchandises which was pretty good. I got myself a Buster Posey shirt in Black/Orange color with the World Series tag on the left sleeve. I also ended up wearing it to the game because my Orange Hunter Pence shirt got dirty :( You can look around the area where you can make your customized jersey and even make it using the monitor. Too bad they don't do a customized jersey with the World Series tag on the left sleeve :( I found this Hello Kitty Giants shirt but it was in kids size.... Nothing boosts baseball morale like a trip to the Giants Dugout Store. Especially when it's off-season. This is the undisputed mecca for Giants gear. 2 floors & massive. That translates to having the best selection, but also to being the busiest. On game days it can be nearly impossible to walk through. But you can get to & from the stadium directly from the store. #bonus The other drawback is that since it is the most populated dugout store in SF, the merchandise sells out at a faster pace. If you're looking for something in particular or special, go as early as you can. I'd call first to see if you can have it reserved until you get there. The most glaring thing is the customer service or lack there of. The help there has serious attitude problems. Then when I checked out.I was next in line and the register guy closed out and sent me back to the end of another line. He had better things to do than wait on a customer. The is the Mecca of all San Francisco Giants stores and is the place all fans need to make the pilgrimage to in order to find the Orange and Black. The selection (and size choices) is best here, as it should be since it's adjacent to the actual ballpark, so before or after the game you can shop. They're even open during off-season and non-game days. Parking is going to be your worst enemy... worst and more fickle n' unreliable than a Los Angeles Dodgers Fan... :) So, you'll need to find a meter or go to a lot. Your best bet if you only want to shop is to go on a Sunday during a non-game day, or during the day on a non-game weekday, as it's right off the 280 freeway exit ramp and you can find parking on the adjacent streets that have meters (mind your watch and keep track of the time 'tho since parking tickets are the same price as some good Giants logo gear you can buy in lieu of that parking violation a neglectful mind can get) I got a nice SF GIANTS replica jersey with the stitched lettering and patches as opposed to the more economical iron on versions, with the World Series special commemorative patches one year, and I must say it was an impulsive buy, but when you're in the store you get a sense of nostalgia, fandom and impulse... read more

Mecca when it comes to Giants fan wear, T-shirts, sweatshirts, caps, jerseys, you name it! I even bought two dress shirts here (back when I had to wear dress shirts to work). They are both really nice shirts (if a bit spendy.) You can find every style and type of cap, from the standard black and orange (home) to the black with an orange bill (away), World Series caps, caps with the old NY logo, just to name a few. The only reason I give this place four stars, instead of five, it is almost impossible to park here. It is right near the stadium, so go by before / after the game or take public transit. Also, it is almost always really crowded. They seem to get people through quickly but I have been a few times when I did not want to wait in the line. If you need (or maybe just want, since I do not think anyone needs -- just ask my wife) a new T-shirt, jersey, cap or even pint glass, you should definitely stop in! read more

This is a really cool store of course since it is packed full of Giants gear, but it is just soooooo overpriced. You could literally buy the same apparel and the same brands for much less online or in other retail stores. This is what licensed baseball products cost now. They're a couple bucks more than the MLB.com store, but if you pay for shipping, it evens out. Also, you can try on gear at the store, which you can't do online. Kids clothing and goodies upstairs (hats, jerseys, t-shirts, stuffed animals... that sort of thing). For me, this place is like Heaven. It was so nice for my Giants to finally win the World Series. I have spent many hours in here browsing for Giants merchandise to wear and show off my team spirit. I don't want to go back and think of how much money I have spent here. The employees here are great as they are friendly and helpful whenever you ask. I can't think of any better place to shop than at the Dugout Store located right next door to AT&T Park. My gripes about this place amounts to just one thing. They need to turn up the air conditioning in here. When it is packed, the lack of air with a bajillion sweaty bodies makes for an atmosphere full of yucks. If it weren't for the lack of A/C, this would definitely deserve 5 stars.
