Was in the area and decided to pay the store a visit (the Stadium is very close to the Caltrains stadium). Everything is pretty much what you would expect and want. They also gave out free yearbooks (probably because it was last year's). Staff was helpful and everyone found the visit enjoyable.

If you're like me you go to fantatics.com for great deals on sports appeal, but also for some pieces of appeal that you want to try on, or look at it before committing to buying it you have at your local team store. A staple outside Oracle Park, the team store is within the ball park, can be accessed inside or outside the stadium. It's chocked full of....You guessed Giants gear! New and old designs, memorabilia watch out you can go completely broke here getting something to support the Giants. I came here today for two particular items and I was in and out of the store in 20 minutes, I got my 2025 opening day t-shirt and pin. Helpful tip; I'd suggest going to this store before or during the game...because afterwards it's gonna get crowded. Ready to get your Giants gear in person? Head to the Giants dugout store!

The dugout store is an amazing shopping experience. The workers are always nice and helpful. This past time, they accidentally left out an item from my bag. I emailed them, and they shipped it to me quickly. I appreciate the wonderful and helpful staff that work there, and will always go whenever I am in the city. Go Giants!

Nice staff. Was able to order a custom authentic jerseys. Got my DJ BC RAW jersey. It's not cheap but I'm so pleased with the jersey and look forward to wearing it at spring training this year.

Want to get anything San Francisco Giants this is the place to find it . There are lots of hats , jerseys , etc. I do come here yearly to pick up a item or two before or during the baseball season.

The Giants Dugout store is my shopping spot for all the latest Giants apparel. Quick fact about me, I'm the kind of dude that likes to wear sports hats and I'll alternate between Warriors and Giants. So when I'm looking to shops for a new cap I'll come here for my selection. The dugout store features three walls of hats so there are plenty to choose from. The store shelves are packed with shirts, jackets, and tons of other trinkets that make nice gifts. I'd recommend stopping for a visit on a day when the Giants are away in order to avoid the huge pre/post game crowds. Also I've learned through experience that if you see something you like you should purchase it because it likely won't be in stock when you return. This review is for my visit on 8/19/21.

MLB 16 oz Labeled Beer Glasses are worthless fan items. The labels are decals that fall off with hand washing and are completely destroyed by dishwasher washing. One can get 8x16 oz blank beer glasses for $24 just about anywhere, but MLB charges around $24 for two "decal" glasses, so around $9 per glass just for decals that fall off the glasses when washed. I did not try the etched glasses because they are so expensive.

I went to a Giants game yesterday and i always stop by before the first pitch to buy something. As the name would imply, this store is ALL THINGS GIANTS. Downstairs is adult appeal and upstairs is reserved for the kids. Great selection of long and short sleeved shirt, hoodies, hats and jerseys. For the location and how specific they are to catering to Giants fans. Merchandise can be expensive (depending on what you buy) they have a lot of unique in store items that you won't find anywhere else or online. The store itself is always laid out and easy to navigate. Clothing is separated out by Men's, Women's and Children's very well. Additionally this store is spotless! The floors are clean and the merchandise is neatly displayed throughout the store. The staff is always friendly and I had multiple staff members ask if I needed help. Greeted me when I entered and left the store. Plus, if you're a Giants fan this is the store to go to. They have lots of gear and you can get personalized jerseys on the spot too. I highly recommend if you're looking for Giants merchandise........GO GIANTS!!!!

One star for the outstanding products and selection. -4 stars for the service and options. My family of four came in to get jerseys, hats and gifts to take home. This was the place we had set our sites on, all week. There early, one of the first to walk in the store at opening. Looked around, found what we needed and no one was ready or willing to help. We were in line (only ones in line) with jerseys in hand and wanting to customize them (that's extra $, right?). Nada. We had to interrupt a conversation of four employees (3 not even checked in for the day, just distracting the one cashier...) oh, the eye roll and attitude we got from the cashier. Like we had interrupted a wedding or something. We asked a question. Got 'attitude' with our answer thank you! And we turned around and left. I have never heard my wife say, "we are not buying one thing here." Before, but I felt it. The other customers felt it. Don't know if they left, as we didn't look back. Went to baseballism across the street and did our buying. But I bet they don't care.

Lot's of merchandise but not a lot of sizes! We were told that medium sized jerseys haven't been delivered in months. It's very pricey and everyone had to go through metal detectors just to get into the store?? Cellphones and keys went into that small white bowl (just like airport security) and bags were opened and searched. There are only a few exits once you are in the store--make sure to note them. Not sure how I feel about this place.

There were probably over 30 people in line. It's a brand new store on the other side of the ballpark which will only be open on game days and unlike the one on 3rd and Willie Mays Plaza, you cannot get inside the ballpark from this store. Tip for the one on 3rd and Willie Mays Plaza, entering the ballpark from the store will waive any promotional giveaway(s). I should probably update my review for that store but I'll do that at a later time. A much smaller store but it gives fans an alternative because the Dugout Store on 3rd and Willie Mays Plaza is normally a mad house before the game. I don't understand why people do this because there are stores to get your gear inside the ballpark, too. If you do not have any Giants apparel and you call yourself a fan just because they won the WS then please stay away from the store, stay away from the ballpark, heck, don't call yourself a fan. We got to the city early so that I can take the kids to Pier 39 (Mirror Maze) but saw a long ass line so we walked by but came before the game so that my daughter can use her Splash credits on a baseball cap; kids' caps are $25.99. I didn't do any browsing or shopping because I have enough Giants stuff however, I might spring for a Hunter Pence and/or a Ryan Vogelsong jersey for my birthday that is only 13 days away. April 19- Padres 2, Giants 3 = WIN April 20- Padres 0, Giants 2 = WIN (the game I took the kids to) April 21- Padres 0, Giants 5 = WIN SWEEP!! We are currently in 2nd place.

2014 World Series Champions "Bling" Jerseys

TEAM OF THE DECADE - WORLD SERIES CHAMPIONS "BLING" JERSEYS There's been a debate since the San Francisco Giants have won 3 World Series in 5 years if it's a dynasty. Regardless if you believe that or not can't we agree the San Francisco Giants are the "Team of the Decade"? What's wrong with that term? That was what the San Francisco 49ers was labeled in the 1980s. Buying jerseys and apparel at a store adjacent to a stadium or ballpark are very expensive. However finding a specific type of jersey ether online or in store can be difficult. Especially if that specific jersey is a San Francisco Giants World Series champions jersey with gold letters and numbers. These gold letter and number jerseys are such a specialty that they might not be in stock online or another store. The flagship store has a lot of Giants apparel that are more expensive than in other stores because this store is next to AT&T Park, which is the best baseball park in the country. So if you're going to spend all that money at this store go for gold. Buy the "bling". Get your San Francisco Giants World Series champions jerseys in gold letters and numbers while supplies last in the flagship store because these "bling" jerseys will be collectible items in the future.

A team of GIANTS, who do you choose?

I LOVE the Dugout. I came to the Dugout before the game the other day to check out the new World Series Jerseys and gear. I just bought some stuff a few games ago, so I was browsing when I saw..... ~~* Ivory Player's Colors Jerseys with Gold Sparkle Lettering and a Gold World Series patch.*~~ Sparkles?!!! :) The women's jerseys (fitted and shorter) are nice but they don't have the numbers on the back. In my book - If you are gonna get a jersey you have to pick your player. None of this generic crapola. I wanted a Wilson jersey, a sparkly World Series one. Now Men's and Women's jerseys are different, in price, style and material. I paid twice as much for my new jersey than my Lincecum jersey, but I'm worth it. So are these memories and experiences. Next I went to watch batting practice on the field and saw Wilson there. Was hoping to get an autograph, but he was way on the other side of the field. Maybe next time. GO GIANTS!!!

Raquel Collazo & her team were giving ppl conflicting info for the Nike x BTS collab event. We were the first ones to arrive on 7/4 & waited for over 16 hrs. Security told us to wait in our car & line up at the entrance when they set up stanchions on 7/5 11am. They confirmed multiple times on 7/4 & 7/5 not to line up in the unofficial line across the street bc it would not be honored. 7/5 approximately 10am: Raquel, Mel & security guard exited the store & walked across the street to the unofficial line at "the Square." Other employees brought out the stanchions, so we went to line up at the entrance. However, the employee had no clue what to do & had us wait there so he can radio his manager. We waited for a while, & were passed to another employee named Mel, who also didn't know what to do. Then, Mel passed us to Raquel. We told her we needed wristbands bc we were the first to arrive on 7/4 & have been waiting for 16 hrs. However, she was rude, dismissive & refused to give us wristbands. Raquel was on a power trip & kept repeating, "THEY REPORT TO ME" when asking ARMY's who advised us to line up at the Nike entrance. We even offered to show pictures that we took when we arrived, but she said no and ignored us. So, ARMY's who followed the rules were punished & removed from the line for no reason. Nike, please retrain your employees! Raquel Collazo lacks empathy & accountability & did not apologize for their misinformation. This goes against Nike's core expectations for Nike's Code of Conduct. Also, Raquel Collazo claimed she spent 30 days training her team for the BTS x Nike event, but it was poorly managed & executed. Many of us ARMY's spent our days, money, time, energy, & gas traveling to SF for nothing. Unfortunately, a highly anticipated event that was meant to be sweet, fun & memorable turned sour. NIKE at SF, do better. It's embarrassing. We're longtime Nike customers & spent lots of money on Nike products, but we are never returning to this location. This negative experience has tainted the Nike brand's reputation. We will be taking our business to competitor brands that have high customer satisfaction. In addition, there are many negative reviews that consistently point to a similar issue: terrible customer service, or lack thereof!
