It doesn't have that exciting feel of going to an old-fashioned ice cream shop that I get at Mr. Freeze, nor the creative sundae options. So even though the actual ice cream quality is better here, I'm rating this place a 4 and Mr. Freeze a 5. If I could only have one of them in Toledo it would be Mr. Freeze for sure. But if I had to pick one of them to supply all the ice cream I could eat for the next year, it would definitely be Handel's. When I'm driving past this intersection in the summer, I'll often stop if the urge hits.
