okay here it goes today is may 9th 2026. i had contacted…read moreevery rv repair for the ac in this trailer everyone in pahrump and even las vegas no one but no one could come out in a timely fashion. i couldn't even tell you how i ran across rv doctor yesterday i called her and said my dog had gotten an accident and i don't think she's going to make it she's boiling in this trailer and she's barely hanging on as it is. the lady's name was jill she is beyond amazing she actually comforted me which who does that in today's world ???? and then it was amazing she said don't worry i will take care of you. i felt something inside me saying this woman is for real. jill said drive to the trailer and call me . as i was in town yesterday so i drove back and jill said go ahead turn on the ac unit she listened to the loud noise and said i'm going to say it sounds like the fan. next thing i knew jill said i will have someone out there first thing in the morning . i really couldn't believe it i had called everyone i could call in pahrump in las vegas. couldn't even get phone calls returned. yet this company not only responded she helped in trying to comfort me, to allow me to drive back here in the evening and call her after working hours so she could listen to this ac. then saying i'll have someone there in the morning and did amazing if they don't get a straight five star review i'm going to be upset 4.9 is not good enough!!!!!! a man by the name of manny came out lickety split he fixed it did not try to gouge me did not try to upsell me just fix the fan. the ac works great once again !!!!! jill was right. how grateful am i . i can't even tell you if my little dog could talk i am sure she would write her own reviews literally saved my dog's life. people as far as i'm concerned there's only one company worth using and it's rv doctor and that is the honest to god's truth !!!!!!!! so to you jill and to you mannie the biggest thank you, god bless you you stepped into my life not knowing you and truly made a change i have faith in humanity again!!!!! nita crisp danielson

We contacted RV Doctor due to a bay door latch that wasn't functioning and we could not close the…read moredoor. Manny was wonderful. He is extremely patient. He attempted to walk us through how to get the door to close and stay shut but it involved a lot of strength that neither my husband nor myself have. We had to vacate our RV space by 11am. Manny showed up and got it taken care of immediately and we were on our way in record time. Best of all he did not charge us for a service call or for his time. We highly recommend them and we will be using their services if needed when we visit the area again.

We headed to Death Valley over Spring Break in our newly purchased used Motor Home to dry camp at…read moreFurnace Creek camprground. We have a residential refrigerator and use the inverter to keep it going when not using shore power. When we arrived at Furnace Creek after a 41/2 hour drive and set camp we discovered the inverter not working nor any receptacles wired to the inverter. Our inverter apparently was not charging while traveling. We tried to use the generator and it was surging badly so we turned it off ( part of dead batteries problem). We had no choice but to head back home or find a park that has shore power. We ended up in Pahrump at a park with full hook ups. We decided to see if the problem could be fixed and called Four Seasons RV Service after seeing the good reviews. We were able to schedule an appointment the next morning for repairs. In the mean time our power returned about 3 hours after plugging in to shore power( our 4 six volt house batteries must have recharged). The inverter was making loud noises and seemed to be shorting out inside. Rick the owner and mechanic arrived right on time. While appraising the situation he moved one of the battery cables and there was a very loud pop as the cable shorted by grounding to chassis. The cable was lying on the batteries and was supposed to be bolted to the side of the battery box away from the batteries. This was apparently causing a short in the system. Rick bolted the cable to the wall and the inverter operated much quieter from that point. We had no further problems and the refrigerator was still operating on the inverter during the trip and even into the next morning. The generator is also purring like a kitten. Rick was able to diagnose the problem and make an in field fix caused by my home RV shop that had installed new batteries in Sepember. They had installed the new batteries and left the cable laying on the batteries causing the shorting problem. I highly recommend Four Seasons RV Service. They are reliable, knowledgeable, honest and fair.
