We were quoted a price that included draining, cleaning , refill with proper chemical levels and the filters were extra. Everything came to about $350. Extra bc of the filters. They met time expectations and after they concluded thier service the HT wasn't heating up so I reached out to them and they did not displace blame instead they helped problem solve what the issue might be. Winded up that all we had to do was reset the breaker what a relief, but I will give the owner kudos because he did state that if we were unable to resolve the issue on our own he would personally come out and figure what the issue was! Good ppl will use in the future. I will recommend this company for your hot tub needs.
