I was going to remove my review but I have not heard back from Scott whatsoever and still having issues with my control pad, so it stands. When I called Scott didn't want to deal with the issue whatsoever and kept going around it. He then told me with an I-don't-really-care tone that he was going to leave the office for the day and was going to get off the phone. That's when I actually hung up because I was so frustrated. What type of business owner doesn't solve the problem or offer a solution before getting off the phone, leaving their customer totally wondering what to do? When I was in again right after my purchase in November a person came in to complain about his hot tub cover destruction after a short time of owning it and I noticed that Scott was pretty rude to him. I remember getting in my car and telling my daughter "I wonder if that's how he treats his customers "after" the sale". Well sure enough it is! Just know if you shop here you will get zero customer service after. Terrible for repeat or referral business. Reaching out direct to the hot tub company next to see if they can help, and will let them know about this vendor offering terrible follow up customer service with their product. read more

Scott Parker has owned this place for 38 years (!). He (and occasionally his daughter, Cailee) run a friendly operation that's more than willing to assist with any spa needs, regardless of if you've purchased a spa - from them, or ever! I got my sister to start using Bromine* in her spa (provided by Scott) for a better-dissolving cleaner. * They also have a chemical-free peroxide and mineral-based cleaners if you have sensitive skin/sinuses/friends. This is a great place to purchase a hot tub from, it's a family owned business and they are super helpful and friendly. The owner and his daughter personally came out and helped with moving the hot tub into the back yard through the gate. Since having the hot tube they have always be more then helpful answering any questions I have about what chemicals to use and how to care for it . Highly recommend buying from them. read more

I bought this Spa in January of 2020. I thought he gave me a decent price. The installation went well, however, we had agreed on the price of $350 to remove the old Spa. I told him I didn't want him to come when I was not there, but because of the weather, he insisted on coming on a day that I was at work. He called me and told me because a different skirting had been added he promised the movers another $350. He did not even ask me first, and left us no choice. A complimentary call would have been nice, because they could have left the skirting. Here it is October 2021 and the 2nd pump went out. I called him and he told me it was not under warranty. I said according to my paperwork the pumps are guaranteed for 3 years. He said it would be "pro-rated" and therefore not much would be covered. I emailed the Spa Manufacturer and they wrote back "I have verified that your spa is covered under warranty. There is no pro rate and warranty coverage is 100 percent parts and labor. Your pump is under full warranty coverage." I called Parker Spas and he then told me the pump failure was probably due to bad water chemistry, so it would still not be covered. I told him I previously had a Spa for 20 years. He said. "Just giving you a heads up." He called me back on October 4th and said he ordered the pump and it would cost me $200 to have it installed. He then said, "I am no longer a dealer" for that Spa. I called the Spa Manufacturer (Sorry, I don't want to list their name) and they seemed surprised to hear he was no longer a dealer. I told them I did not trust him and after some deliberation, since I can do the work myself, the company will send me the new pump and give me a few free filters for my trouble. It just seems to me that Parker Spas wants to sell the spa but does not want to stand by what they sell. read more

We needed a new spa cover and ordered one from them on Feb 1st and were told that it would take about six weeks. After two months of hearing nothing I called and was told they had no idea where it was and they would have to check on it. I called back the next week and was told that it was complete in the factory in Mexico and should have been on the last shipment but the truck was full. It would be on the next shipment but they had no idea when that would be, they would call me. After not hearing back from them for three weeks I called and was told "Yeah, there's a delay in manufacturing." I reminded him that the last time I called I was told it was done and should be shipping "soon". Finally a full three months later I was able to pick up the cover. Here is the thing, I get that sometimes things happen beyond our control. That being said the customer service I received was ABYSMAL once they got paid. I was originally told six weeks and it took twelve. The few times I called to find out what the status was I was made to feel like a nuisance. Most of the times they told me they would call me back they didn't. None of their communication was proactive. They didn't know or didn't care that my order was well beyond the timeframe they quoted me. I know a hot tub cover isn't anywhere near their biggest sale, but next time I need anything spa related I will be finding someone else. read more

Good knowledge of the necessary products and also introduced us to some fun new things we didn't know about-- aromatherapy salts, lighting and accessories. We bought our spa from Parker Spas 4 years ago. I called 4 days ago to report that the hot tub was ice cold and the display did not show that electricity was getting to the unit. We have a Parker Spa and i have tried for the past 16 months to get service work done on our Spa. I have left numerous messages on his machine, with his employees and talked to him personally only when he happened to answer the phone. I even went in twice in person and he told me he would call to schedule. He always has an excuse...."too busy building spas right now, will call you next week"....."just returned from Sturgis, will call you next week to set up appt"......"your service order is on the top of my pile, I'll call you next week"......but next week never comes. And the man has never once returned a single phone call. It's sad that the man does not stand behind his product and has no regards for his customers once the hot tub is purchased. read more

We purchased a hot tub from Scott at Parker spas about 10 yrs ago. The price, quality, installation & service was excellent! After a couple of months, I believe it was a mother board that failed, & Scott promptly had his service man come out & replaced it at no charge. When we sold our home, the spa went with it. 1 month ago we were in the market for another hot tub. We researched many other hot tubs in the area, & really wasn't very impressed with the prices & didn't need all of the bells & whistles. I shopped at quite a few spa places. A lot of high pressure trying to get you to buy before you walk out the door. Not the case at Parker Spas. Showed us his product, gave us the chance to customize, and gave us a fair price! No haggling or dealing. Built the spa in the time frame he gave us, delivered it, and set it up! If you are looking for a hot tub I would recommend Parker Spa! We've got our first hot tubs from Scott in 2001. We got a new tub in 2012. He has helped us with any issues with both tubs and has support his tubs over the years. We just got hit by hail and he has replacement cover ordered and said he will even deliver it if needed. read more
