We were quoted a price that included draining, cleaning , refill with proper chemical levels and the filters were extra. Everything came to about $350. Extra bc of the filters. They met time expectations and after they concluded thier service the HT wasn't heating up so I reached out to them and they did not displace blame instead they helped problem solve what the issue might be. Winded up that all we had to do was reset the breaker what a relief, but I will give the owner kudos because he did state that if we were unable to resolve the issue on our own he would personally come out and figure what the issue was! When they do work I have been happy with them. The drawback is that 'when they do work.' They have been scheduled to do our pool opening today since last fall. I called to confirm that earlier in the week and no one answered the phone so I sent an e-mail. I received a response saying that they would indeed be here but could not specify a time - that it might be any time morning through afternoon. And here we are at 4:52pm and they have not arrived. I started calling them at about 3:30pm to ask if they were coming. They told me that they would get back to me. When no one called I rang them again. Still no answer as 'their technician is not answering the phone.' Finally about a quarter to five the technician called to say sorry, he won't make it today, does Monday suit? Please note that this is an improvement over last year when they had completely lost my booking. This is far from the first time that Wetworks has failed to show up, been late, not replied to phone calls, etc. There are few choices around for pool service in the area just now but I am hoping we will get a bit more competition this year. Again please note that I find the team at Wetworks to be technically proficient, and what is more they are likable people. I just never know if they will show up when they say they will and when you try to track them down afterwards plan on multiple phone calls or e-mails to get an answer. This is not how I believe the relationship between customer and service provider should run.

Paid Johnny to install a coverstar pool cover. He completed the installation and thats where the…read moreproblems began. The cover never opened correctly after the install. I asked him to come back and check on the opening of the cover, he said he would and never came back. The next year I called and asked him to check on the cover not opening correctly, he wouldn't come back. Had this problem for a few years until the cover started getting stuck. Again called Johnny and he wouldn't return my calls. I ended up calling arrowhead pool and spa and they came out and helped me get the cover to open. The next year rolled around and again the cover got stuck, this time ripping. I called johnny and he said he would stop by and never did. Called him back and he hung up on me. This guy doesn't know what hes doing, doubt he has insurance because asked him for insurance info and he refused. I had two companys come out and look at the rip and told me the multiple mistakes he made on the initial install. I would call a reputable company even if it takes longer for service. Don't trust this cr**k with your money.
