This one is, without any doubt, the WORST I've ever had. They started off great and got my pool back to blue after the last company let it just turn green. After a few weeks, however, they quit caring and my pool has been green for weeks (maybe even a couple of months). When I inquired about it, they claimed it was because of all of the plants around the pool. My backyard is landscaped but there's nothing about it that would cause it to turn green. It turned green, in my opinion, because they didn't want to spend the money necessary to keep it blue. Ultimately, I had to fire them because their pool tech started yelling at my housekeeper and got extremely aggressive. He even made veiled threats to me. I will get the money they required that I pay them in advance even if I have to sue them. My advice: DO NOT LET THEM ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR POOL. If I could give less than 1 star, I would give them a negative 5 star rating.

Tommy and his son Mason came and evaluated all the issues. They were able to get us a brand new pump, check valve, they changed the sand and solved all the pressure/circulation issues. They were helpful in answering all our questions and addressing all the issues. Our pool runs like it did when it was new. The previous company that was sent out twice to address all these issues said they did but lied and did very little to nothing. It's been so refreshing to deal with a friendly honest company that does what they say they will do. It's hard to find that these days. Only reason they got 5 stars is because the were not more stars to give. Thanks guys for an incredible job.

Purchased a home in Fair Oaks Ranch and wanted to start monthly service and contacted Miramar…read more Coincidentally Miramar Pools built the pool we inherited so it was a natural for them (the previous home owner serviced the pool themselves but we wanted to have a little bit of help with it since it was new to us). We gradually increased service to two times a month. Just called them to ask about our bi monthly service as the pool is starting to look poor and was told that since we are only two times a month that we needed to find another pool service company. While I understand weekly service is the norm they never communicated to us that we either had to go weekly or they wouldn't be able to keep our account. They waited until we were do service and the pool started looking poorly to notify us. I asked if we could go weekly and the owner (Tommy) started to get beligerent. I understand staffing issues can make some business owners forget the first rule of business of doing right by your customers but he has clearly been taken over by the current plight of his situation. I wouldn't recommend.
