Different months, different days and each time I schedule something (even confirmed the appt the day before) I get calls an hour before saying that either the stylist is not in or unavailable and no one else can help. Completely ridiculous. The icing on top is when I received notice of cancellation yesterday, they left the message at 10 a.m. They do not open until 11:00 a.m. My appt was for 11:30. So even if I wanted to call and speak with someone to reschedule, they weren't open yet. They intentionally cancelled my appointment when I wouldn't be able to speak with anyone.
