We encountered the rudest customer service person you can imagine. She asked us if we had called the number on our card for help. We told her we had but they told us we needed to take care of our bill in a store. She informed us we could not pay our bill with a credit card, which is totally fine, except her attitude and tone of voice were amazing for a customer service employee. She asked how much we wanted to pay and we asked if she could check our balance. She explained that she had no way to see anything about our account including balance, hoe we were supposed to be getting our bill, our billing address or anything to do with our account. Really? She was very rude and should not be in that role. The message about her not having the ability to know anything about my account was not her fault, her attitude was the problem. I will not shop at that store again.

I really hated to be one of those ones but the girls there Gracie and Jesstalyn were absolutely accommodating the entire time. I skimmed through the racks tried on a couple of good ones that were gorgeous but weren't the right fit. I then asked if I can try the one off the mannequin and...it fit like a glove! I literally felt like Pretty Woman, hold the pimpin. The dress was gorgeous; I paired it with silver and had a ball at the ball! I DEFINITELY recommend Curv Exchange.
