He needed toddlers size 10.5 so we had to go with 11 but with his socks they fit well. The employee was helpful but getting the shoes out of the back, but he insisted there was no other choices even though website sent us there saying there was blue ones in his size..maybe the webpage off..who knows but Deacon was satisfied and we got them for him for like $42 with taxes well in the budget she had planned on spending. Instead of replacing the damaged items or taking responsibility for delivering furniture in unacceptable condition, customer service tried to send us through the warranty process just to have them cleaned. Why should a customer who paid for brand-new furniture have to go through a warranty claim to fix a problem that existed upon delivery? To make matters worse, getting help was incredibly frustrating. Reaching anyone is nearly impossible. Expect long hold times, endless transfers, and voicemails that seem to go nowhere. Customer service was difficult to reach and offered little resolution once we finally got someone on the phone. For a major furniture purchase, I expected much better quality control and customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing from start to finish. I would strongly recommend shopping elsewhere if you value responsive customer service and receiving furniture in the condition you paid for.
