Visited this store to purchase new tennis shoes for my children. The employees were very helpful and friendly but the layout of the store was very confusing. The pricing was also confusing, the store was apparently having an unadvertised sale since there was no signage to indicate a sale but the prices were significantly less expensive for the shoes I purchased for my children. read more

To start with the fitting process - they wanted to put me back in the same brand shoe that I told…read morethem did not have enough arch support - also suggested an insert. I wanted shoes that fit- not made to fit with an insert. After several shoes that didn't give me the support I needed I had to make the suggestion of going to another brand of shoe. I purchased the shoes but after I got home I decided I really didn't like the color - which color choice was limited to 2 colors at the time of purchase. When returning the shoe I was told there is a 15.00$ restocking fee. This is ridiculous because they will literally just walk to the back room and put them on a shelf. When I asked them to waive this fee I was told the manager wasn't there and it couldn't be done. I was not told about this fee when I purchased the shoes - when I pointed that out I was directed to a small print poster located under the lip of the counter. The only way someone could even see this was to stand 5 feet away. Who stands 5 feet away from the counter when making a purchase? No one that I know. I was then told this fee is in place to protect the store in case someone would find the same shoe at a better price. Well, isn't that how commerce works? Maybe Robert's should be more competitive in their prices. Oh and also was offered a store credit but that was useless as I will never go there again.

The store was apologetic and promised to have it altered in house. When I picked up the suit a second time the sleeves came all the way down to my fingers. I had to buy material glue strips to fix it myself. And the broken clasp on the pants never was fixed, so it stuck out the entire wedding ceremony. Don't rent here for your wedding. You will regret it.

He needed toddlers size 10.5 so we had to go with 11 but with his socks they fit well. The employee was helpful but getting the shoes out of the back, but he insisted there was no other choices even though website sent us there saying there was blue ones in his size..maybe the webpage off..who knows but Deacon was satisfied and we got them for him for like $42 with taxes well in the budget she had planned on spending.
